Really good food but more on the expensive side. Great atmosphere

2nd visit made much better by our lovely waitress. Food and atmosphere great but a had poor service last time so glad I persevered

Beautifying place and delicious food, especially the fish. We’ll come back.

We had a great family meal, 2 burgers, ribeye steak and the large prawns. We thought the prawns were overpriced for £28 but apart form that the meal was lovely.

We were disappointed. I love Mac and cheese and chicken wings but these dishes were bland. The salmon in the main course was also bland. Note this restaurant is not cheap so they need to improve the quality and taste of food. We ate the food because we were hungry. We have so many restaurants to choose from in Crystal Palace but we chose The Crystal Palace Market PlAce because the decor is nice and we’ve tried most of the local restaurants, but would not recommend or return until we know the food taste has improved.

Great food, helpful staff, good value for money, will definitely go again.

Venue is beautiful. Sadly the service from the waitresses was poor. Luckly the manager stepped in after 45 minutes. Its obvious that they are not trained in this industry and it would be great for the company to spend time doing so. The food was okay. We were expecting better. My scallops for example where overcooked. We will give it another try as we never rule an average experience and hope for a better overall one next time.

Great food. Unfortunately spoilt by over enthusiastic air conditioning. Despite asking twice for it to be turned down, they only got the message when we put our coats back on. And we weren't the only table to do so. Will visit again, but will bring wolly hat and scarf!

Great food and very friendly staff- a great venue for a birthday dinner!

The service was friendly and fast. It was a quiet evening, no need to of booked. The starters were bland and expensive for the quality and quantity. The mains were better. Tasty fish, cooked well. A standard meal, nothing special and not worth the price we paid.

Unfortunately they did not cater at all for a dairy intolerance so there was practically nothing I could eat on the menu without taking off half of the plate. Our waitress was understanding but another waiter was very rude in his response and made me feel uncomfortable so we left within 10 minutes of sitting down. It was a very disappointing experience.

Amazing food. Service could be slow at times but it was a busy Friday.

I asked if my meal had raw onions in it and I was told no. My meal arrived and there were loads of raw onions. The waiter had no clue and didn't check. I fear for people with allergies in this restaurant. The music was far too loud. It was lunchtime with lots of families with babies and couples. No one was listening to the music and all of us were struggling to talk over it.

Went for a lunch. Food was fantastic and although fairly quiet as a Monday afternoon was a nice vibe and good service.

Very nice atmosphere- I could speak and enjoy my lunch. My order, Salmon, was deliciously cooked. I would recommend it.

Nothing particularly special. The burger (naked burger) was dry and not very tasty. Everything felt generic and bland. Waitress wasn't very friendly.

Amazing food.. wide variety of dishes. Great atmosphere...very relaxing. It was my birthday and staff were very accommodating with the cake etc.

The restaurant was extremely noisy and we were ignored for the first 15 minutes

The food is nice but unfortunately didn’t make up for the fact that the restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear what my date was saying, the uncomfortable seats, the closeness of neighbouring tables and the aggressive lighting. If they could match the ambience of the environment to the quality of the food they’d be onto a winner...but for the price I didn’t have the experience I would expect. Sadly won’t be back.

Went there for my birthday meal and received excellent service, wonderful food and a birthday cake (complete with sing-a-long) - lovely evening

Nice place - food and service was fine, not great. Been a few times and they seem to hire really inexperienced staff that are pleasant but not particularly competent

Really nice food and impressed with how well they dealt with my mum’s complex dietary requirements. Service a touch on the slow side, but otherwise a great lunch.

Wonderful food and atmosphere - highly recommend CPM for a night out with friends or family.

All good and a very enjoyable evening. Should really include one side with each main for the price, salad doesn't really cut it. Can't complain too much as everything was cooked to order, tasted good and the service was great.
