Perfect gem 😋visited for Sunday lunch, I had tomato soup which was home made and very tasty followed by roast lamb, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrots, french beans and peas, all fresh and piping hot. My husband had bacon and cheese garlic bread to start which was gorgeous. Beautiful views and clean contemporary furnishings, staff very friendly and obliging. What more can you ask for. We will definitely go back and highly recommend.
Fine for us eating at 12 but started filling up quickly by 12:30 so can get busy, worth booking.
Delicious food in huge portions. You won’t leave there hungry!
Carnivores, pescatarians and vegetarians were brilliantly catered for with good service and friendly staff. As a vegetarian it was a pleasure to have such a selection to choose from. The roast veg and goats cheese tart was delicious, as was the salted caramel brownie. We had a table booked at The Falcon at Painswick but realised the vegetarian options were identical on all the menus with the cliched offerings of risotto and pasta. Delighted that we decided to change and try the Edgemoor. We will definitely be going back.
No starters, main and room for dessert! Girls night out. With drinks and tip it costs us £24.00 each.
The meal was very good and the service was good for all six of us. Beautiful surroundings with panoramic views across Stroud hills.
Amazing food, amazing menu, belly not big enough :( Amazing service. What more can I say. We go as a treat when ever we can!
Edgemoor Inn had just introduced a new menu with some very tasty options.
Great food..fantastic location especially the view of the valley and hills beyond. We will come again.
Lovely view, but food was ok. Would have liked more than 2 roasties, considering most people around us was asking for more gravy, I would have thought there would have been more on the plate.
Our wedding anniversary, all we wanted was a nice relaxing day, so sorted, just what we wanted. Thanks, John and Mandy.
Excellent service and excellent food as always. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent food good service and a fabulous location we travel from Reading to visit my mother and regularly take her there for lunch never disappointed
What a location! Enjoying stunning views, excellent pub grub and brilliant service it is certainly a destination worth going to.
Delicious food in a lovely setting. One of our favourite restaurants in Gloucestershire- highly recommend
Amazing food, nice quiet friendly atmosphere. Staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend.
Lovely food, however we felt that some of the meals needed veg with it but was told we would have to buy that extra as a side. I wanted pork belly and mash but I was put off by the fact it it didn’t come with veg and would of had to buy a side portion. This was a regular occurance with a lot of the meals which I feel isn’t value for money. Overall service was good.
Visited for lunch both food and service was excellent. We would visit again
Lovely food. Great service. Good prices. Cracking views. Would definitely go back.
First time visiting edgemoor in with family on a Sunday. Food was lovely, venue was immaculate and the views exceptional!
What a little gem of a place. Fantastic freshly cooked food. Great friendly service. So much better than a chain restaurant. Will definitely be going again.
Food was spot on. Only slight black mark was the hour wait for desert. However when eventually it arrived was lovely.
Food choice, quality and presentation and service excellent ! Thanks
