Good food and service at a reasonable price....we will return after our holidays to try the Sunday lunch which is now competatively priced c/f other local restaurants

Very good pub grub.. 2 of our starters ( soup) were returned as were burnt and inedible but were replaced with apologies.. still a lovely meal.

Excellent food, service and atmosphere - as always! The best restaurant in Clent and well worth a try. Book though, as popular and busy. Good value.

another great meal. the service is great. the meals are always good proportions and the desserts are lovely. i would always recommend but book first to save disappointment.

As always, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the service was timely with no rushing. The food was first class. We shall return!

We went with friends for a meal and were very impressed with the overall experience, staff were very good, atmosphere was lovely and food was excellent, will definitely be going again.

We had booked our table for 2pm and arrived dead on time. Wr were warmley greeted immediately by the Head Waiter and were shown to our table straight away. Our Menu had even been personalised with our name which we thought was a nice touch. The waitress appeared at the table to take our drinks order almost straight away. We placed our order and enjoyed our drinks whist we waited. Shortly afterwards we were presented with a complimentry slice each of Spanish Omelette with a Garlic dip.This was very tasty indeed. The food arrived and was also delicious. I have the 8 portion of Garlic Prawns in a butter and Garlic sauce. My wife had Lamb rump. This was accompanied with steamed vegetables consisting of Broccoli , cabbage, French beans and carrots. There were also triple cooked chips and a portion of Dauphinoise potatoes. All the food was extremely well presented and cooked very well indeed. The service is also excellent.

Fantastic service and food. Staff were welcoming, friendly, polite and efficient. Food, (Sunday lunch), was plentiful, hot, well presented and delicious. Have already booked to go again, in December, for my Birthday. Recommended.

First visit to the Fountain following a friend's recommendation. Glad we booked as it was very busy. Had 2 courses from the fixed menu and were very happy with food quality and service. Will go again.

Good food excellent service from polite staff .Always a pleasure to visit this lovely pub in Clent .Always go there to celebrate special occasions, this one was our for first weddind anniversary.

Food excellent complimented by welcoming and friendly staff . Would highly recommend. We have been several times and the same standard of service has been applied on each visit.

The food was good along with the service, however the bill was difficult to understand. We had two two course sunday lunches and two childrens sunday lunches, these were broken down making it difficult to understand. It would be better just to have the prices eg. 9.95 and 15.95 plus anything extra.

Very good food, service and ambience! Will definitely be making return visits in the near future, probably Sunday lunch next. We were celebrating 23rd Wedding Anniversary, good choice!!

The Fountain at Clent is an waitress excellent Country Inn with very good servic and food. Highly recommended- book though, as it is very popular.

Fantastic venue and food always served hot and cooked to perfection. A perfect venue for any occasion. Will be returning soon. Cant recommend highly enough.

Excellent food and good service. This place can't be beaten for quality. Lunch was very reasonably priced. The lamb pot roast is wonderful - worth travelling for!

Good service even though exceptionally busy. Food really good except the crumble and custard which wasn't really a crumble just biscuit broken on top of apples and Blueberries, it wasn't particularly very warm and the small amount of custard was the same. Would definatly return but choose a different desert!

Excellent restaurant in Clent. Lovely atmosphere. Staff very attentive and helpful and polite. Sunday lunch an absolute must. Food and choice on menu excellent. Will definitely visit again
