Excellent food yet again, really good and efficient staff as always. We have visited the the Fountain several times and never been dissapointed.

whenever we are asked where to go for a meal in Stourbridge or the surrounding area this place is our first and most enthusiastic recommendation, usually followed by asking if we can come! never miss an opportunity to visit, as the food is always reasonably priced especially for the serving sizes. perfect for those who are looking for elevated pub style meals.

a wonderful tucked away treasure in the clent Hills the perfect reward after a day of walking, the fountain serves delicious food with a picturesque backdrop. veggies are seasonal and plentiful!

if we have any occasion to celebrate this is where we do it. the menu is seasonal and the chefs always have a new delicious amuse-bouche on offer.

we celebrated a birthday with friends here and the reception could not have been warmer. everyone was thrilled with the menu, which is a wide variety of comfort food pub classics with a modern elegant twist

gorgeous pub in idyllic surroundings in Clent. the pub is the perfect reward after an amble in the clent hills. perfect comfort food any day of the week. the menus are changes seasonally and we are slowly working our way through each menu and so far recommend everything!

always recommend their turkey roast dinner at Christmas, so good I wish they offered it all year! we also had a shepherd's pie as a seasonal special which was the best shepherd's pie I've ever had.

My dining experience at the Fountain has always been great. The quality of the food has rarely disappointed & is consistently of a high standard & considering the included accompaniments it is fair value I would say.

The meal was lovely but it was quite loud . we used a voucher worth £80 the meal came to £74 and was told we couldn't have change as it was a voucher we don't really understand why .we did say to keep the change which were going to do anyway but out of politeness we should have been offered the change.

We visited The Fountain for our 60th Wedding Anniversary. A congratulatory message was added to the menu which was a nice touch. Our half-duck was amazing - a very large portion cooked to perfection - crispy skin and tender succulent meat. The steamed veggies were tasty - maybe a little al dente for some - but the Dauphinoise potatoes were excellent. Everything was presented nicely and steaming hot. We had no room for a dessert, so opted for a filter coffee which surpassed our usual Americano in the town's coffee chains. All in all, an excellent first visit which will be repeated and recommended.

I asked for a quiet table and we were sensitively seated away from a large group of diners. Waiting staff were friendly and helpful even when we were the last ones to leave. Oh and of course the food was delicious!
