Still my favourite Sunday roast locally. Always a proper good feast and great service.

We had the vegetarian Christmas fayre menu and it was absolutely delicious.

Great as always. Was busy with a Christening but they still made sure we had a good table and the food was excellent as always.

Went for a Sunday morning breakfast. It arrived hot & fresh with a lovely coffee, would recommend this.

I regularly eat at the Gedling Inn as the food is really good and value for money. My only complaint on this visit was that the drinks took ages to arrive and I had to chase up with the bar staff.

Another amazing visit to the best pub in the village! Luke was our host and he certainly is the hostess with the mostess! So welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Amazing team member who’s always got a smile for the customers. Food was amazing and the new puddings fridge was a perfect desert. We will be back !

We visited to celebrate a birthday and the staff and food were simply fantastic, could not have asked for anything more or better. We will definitely be going again! Most of us had the burgers which were delicious!

Our Sunday lunch was delicious and very reasonably priced. We’ll be back.

Very sticky table which was unpleasant. Food was very good, pleasant staff. I object to automatic service charge without asking me first. It states that it’s optional And I asked for it to be removed. I left a cash tip instead.

Always service with a smile. New to breakfast and wasn't disappointed. We all enjoyed it. Thank you for accommodating us at short notice x

We went for breakfast today, We love The Gedling Inn , but never had breakfast but wow, was absolutely amazing 👏 honestly get yourselves down there, from the food to the service, everything was absolutely spot on, They can't do enough for you. Keep up the great work guys

Staff were amazing as always and lamb shank was lovely but lasagna was really poor and I left half of it.

Went for lunch today and I had the vegan falafel salad which was amazing! Looking forward to our next visit already.

Weren't hurried. Fairly quite so very relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful.

Food was nice. Had the sunday roast. When it first came out, I thought the portions were on the small side, but then a side of veg came out which was great. My beef was a tad on the dry side, but I think I got the end bit. Roasties were amazing! Serving staff were friendly and attentive despite being really busy. Also, worth pointing out that their gluten free options are one of the best I have encountered in a pub setting.

Cannot fault the quality of the food absolutely beautiful quality through and through and 2 for 1 is fantastic value for money

Very pleasant welcome. Not busy. Range of foods interesting and reasonably priced. Food was a little disappointing. Mixed Grill looked good but chicken barely warm, sausage poor quality, peas like bullets, chips a bit iffy. The rest very passable. The deep dish Lasagna was tasty and filling. Not our first visit so making comparison. Room for improvement.

The food was lovely. It's a shame service was lacking it took 2 hours from sitting down to leaving just for mains. We were going to have a pudding but gave up waiting, when we left forgot our takeaway box went in 3 minutes later and they had cleared the table and thrown the food. Staff were only bothered about clearing tables rather than serving customers. We had to go to the bar to settle the bill. Can honestly say will not be going again, is a shame as the food was very nice.

The service was excellent and the pub was lovely and clean.
