Service and food excellent. Highly recommend a visit. Good value for money too! We had Sunday lunch menu, there was a good choice of roast meats and vegetarian options with Lots of fresh vegetables.

Excellent food and were able to accommodate us by allowing us to go in early to the resturant and adding Balloons and putting by cakes.

Went for Sunday lunch, good food and great service even though they were busy. Definitely recommend and will go again. Good value for money too.

We were three generations having a family celebration. The food was good and the staff were attentive, happy and smiley - they were very busy, but nothing was too much trouble. The perfect venue for a family meal, will definitely return.

Very big space for a restaurant, but even so they managed with excellent staff to create a calm and professional atmosphere, and the food was good too!

Nice food in lovely surroundings service was a bit slow and bread turned up at main course! This may have been due to a Wake function in adjacent room, maybe another waitress would have helped.

Very good food excellent. The service was fair could have been better. We all found it very cold in the dining room but apart from that we would recommend you to our friends we've been to you for many years.

Superb service, friendly staff and excellent value. The best Sunday roast available anywhere in the area. Beats the local 'chain' establishments on all counts. Many thanks for an excellent experience.

Good food and good service. Will be visiting again when in that area. Variations to the menu were offered with the comment "please ask and we will do our best"

We went here on bank holiday Monday and there was no staff due to people calling in sick I imagine. However there was one lady behind the bar. One waitress and the Gardner on his day off collecting and clearing glasses and plates etc. Anyway these 3 people worked so hard and were lovely a real credit to this pretty pub.

The food was fantastic . the staff were very very pleasant and overall the whole lunch was marvellous. I would certainly return there again. Very good indeed
