The Harrogate Brasserie Hotel

Whilst it was great to have live music, it was a tad to loud to the 4 of us to have easy conversations.

Very disappointed to find it is no longer anywhere close to the dining experience of when it was the Brasserie. The food was very ordinary and indeed my dessert was so tasteless I sent it back. Not good value for money in my view.

Despite an initial mix up with the table did to their system not working, we got to sit in our desired spot. The food was extremely tasty and well presented. Love the new decor and can’t wait until summer comes around so we can enjoy the lovely outdoor seating

We always dine at the Harrogate Brasserie when visiting Harrogate. Gorgeous food, excellent service, and superb entertainment. This place is so cool. I notice it closes tomorrow for a month for a refurb, I just hope it’s as good when we visit again in November. Can’t wait.

Good food nice atmosphere, but felt a bit ‘invisible’ when it came to getting the staffs attention.

We arrived 25 mins early and were met by a very professional front if house member. He was knowledgable about the wine menu and also what we could have to eat. We will definitely go back as the food was very well cooked.

Lovely meal for a group of 10...great food and service.

As annual customers we recommended the food to family and had a lovely meal. We chose a Saturday for the live jazz but the other nearby tables were so noisy that we could hardly hear the music. The seats are very tired now and need Very friendly service but quite expensive all in.

Evening meal with friends, all of us enjoyed our meals, one commenting that it had been a long time since she had a dinner were all the courses were excellent. Would happily recommend eating here, also the music was easy to listen too.

The service was excellent. Very attentive staff. The food very good too, well presented. The live music was very good, guitarist playing well known hits with a great voice. All in all a great evening.

Two of us had ribeye steak, which was fine. One had chicken, also fine. But the 4th had a burger and was very unhappy with the quality of the meat, which was essentially inedible. He did complain at the end of the meal, but no amount was deducted from our bill. Guitar music during dinner was lovely.

Great venue & lovely food. Much under rated & sensible prices

This was the first time for a family meal at the Brasserie though I had been a few times with work. The menu is varied with something for everyone. We went on a Thursday night which was quiet and ideal for a family meal but the Brasserie does get quite busy at the weekends when you can also enjoy live music. The food will not disappoint and the staff are great!

We have been twice recently on Mothers Day and Easter Sunday. Both visits were with children and grandchildren. The food was ample and great quality, the service was warm and friendly, prices fair.

This restaurant always delivers on service, atmosphere and food. Sadly, for them, they were super quiet but that certainly didn’t effect their approach to service. Well done in a world of fast food and competition!
