Slightly overbearing maitre d’. Expected in an Italian but very false and disappears once your order is in. Compulsory tip should mean good service throughout the meal. Food Ok - standard Italian - does what it does - handy for south bank - wouldn’t make special trip

Gluten free pasta and standard pasta dishes were quite good. Unfortunately, the tuna steak was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Cooked through - completely dry and brown - and inedible. No employee asked why I hadn’t eaten it when clearing our plates, so I brought it up as I was paying the bill and the employee was dismissive and said, “I don’t know why you’re telling me, you should have told the boss, I’m only his daughter, what do you want me to do.” It was the most expensive thing we ordered and absolutely awful, yet I was going to pay for it without issue (and did!), but the lack of customer service in addition to the poor cooking is disappointing to say the least. Definitely stick to the pasta and be sure not to complain about any issues if you dine here!

Great gluten free pizza – very hard to find a good one in London, I'm glad I found this place. Unfortunately it's a bit on the expensive side, but can't blame them since importing quality ingredients has become an issue after Brexit. Good service, I had a nice chat in Italian with some of the staff and felt at home!

I am 10 years old ( my Nana is helping me write this review) And I have celiac disease. The owner of Cotto was great and treated me like a princess. The food was also great and I could choose everything except three items from the menu, which was such a treat for me as I normally have to check what it gluten free and what is not.All the staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble I definitely want to dine here again. We actually arrived 30mins early but were seated straight away. Our food was cooked and served very quickly and it was delicious. I am coeliac so it was lovely to be able to eat somewhere that fully caters for coeliacs. The owner was welcoming and engaging and there was a lovely atmosphere. The next time I'm in London, I will be back for sure!

This is a HAVEN for celiacs!!! Lino took such good care of me by helping me pick out the perfect dish to pair with the wine I ordered and told me all about his journey with celiac. I felt welcomed as if I was one of the family. This is an absolute MUST VISIT if you are gluten free in London!

The service and food is amazing at Cotto. The gluten free pizza is to die for. I have visited many restaurants in the uk from the north to the south and east to West and this is by far the best pizza. They make the dough not just buy in pizza bases which so many restaurants do that offer gluten free pizza.
