Wonderful Italian restaurant in Surbiton. Mushroom Ravioli had the best sauce I have ever tasted. Calamari was fresh and great texture. All dishes were well presented. Would definitely go again. Service was attentive and pleasant.

Party for 8. The service was excellent. The food was very tasty (no complaints from anyone) and all at a reasonable price. Will definitely go again.

Excellent service and good food at reasonable prices. Winning combination.Difficult to find fault so why try. Atmosphere was excellent last Saturday but the restaurant emptied quite quickly so we had to party on elsewhere. Always a sign of a good evening.

Went for lunch, the service was fast we didn't wait long for our food which was great. I had the Carbonara which was a big plate! I would definitely go back.

Excellent king prawns starter and main courses of lobster totelloni. Yummy desserts of chocolate mousse and panna cotta. Good house wine, friendly service and very reasonable pricing. This is my favourite restaurant in the area; so much better than the chains!

As ever a most enjoyable afternoon, with good food, excellent wines and a relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this small, cozy restaurant to anyone with an interest in Italian food.

Had not been to the Italian Taste for a few years, soon realised that this had been a big mistake. It is an excellent restaurant. Very authentic, excellent quality food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Great little restaurant is Surbiton, food is very delicious and really authentic tasting. Service is fantastic and friendly even when the restaurant is fairly busy. Would definitely recommended to a friend.

Food and service were as good as usual. The bill was quite large but that was due to one of my children having expensive tastes.

We went on a Tuesday evening. Excellent food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The menu was extensive and the wine list good. We would recommend it.

The service was good and the staff were fine about the fact that two of our party were half an hour late. The food was delicious and the wine excellent. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Great ambience. The pasta and seafood dishes are probably what I recommend the most. She obviously means well, but a couple of times I've been, one waitress was so friendly that it almost felt intrusive. A great local restaurant. A pity it doesn't open on a Monday though.

Friendly service and generous portions! Made to feel very welcome. Weekly specials and a good selection of fresh fish dishes on the menu. Tables are a bit close together though.

It was a birthday dinner and proved a great venue. Delicious food and a great Italian range. Excellent specials. We all had different food and everyone was very pleased. Very welcoming. Definitely on our favourite restaurant list now.

Carbonara was amazing loved it! Well priced, chilled amp sphere, friendly. Will defintely be coming back to try some of the oter amazing sounding dishes! Also very fast service

There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant which enhanced the dining experience. Additionally, the staff at the Italian taste were incredibly helpful, friendly and cooperative. I would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant surroundings, nervous staff and mediocre food. The bruschetta promised a better main course than I got, the flatten chicken, which was bland tasting and unappetising to look at. The wine, Gavi, was not cold enough. All in all a mediocre experience.

I go to this restaurant frequently and have never been disappointed. As usual the food and atmosphere were great. I particularly recommend the duck with cherries.

I really couldn't fault the service. There is a good range of choice on the menu and the food was grea. the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. I'll be going back!

Very Friendly atmosphere and excellent food. But we ordered best wine and had to wait for a long time for food to enjoy with it. Slow service and perhaps some bread on table would help.

Great meal as always!! Service and food we really good and it had a great atmosphere. We were a group of six and everyone was happy with what they ordered. We will be back soon.
