Nice relaxing decked back section with good food and there happened to be a 30% discount off food which was a pleasant surprise for a Thursday dinner with friends!

As always, The Jolly Gardeners has excellent food and really welcoming & friendly stuff. I had booked the table only a couple of hours earlier and they weren’t aware but yet, they managed to get us a big table. The only con maybe is that it was quiz night and it was probably a little too loud, we could barely hear each other on the table

Really nice friendly welcome. We live down the road so why haven’t we been before. We were greeted as we walked in which is nice. Nice open dining room and tables well spaced out. Really nice relaxed atmosphere. Great wine deal - buy two glasses & get full bottle (and we drank it on a school night).. oops). Had the steak deal. Only thing I wish is that the steak was hrilled. Otherwise lovely evening. John was excellent host. There when you needed him.

Starters were good but the Sunday roast was your average pub Sunday roast. Nice setting in a conservatory. Will go back but in the summer for the regular menu.

Really good food, great service and lovely vibe. The party included vegetarians and meat eaters, both of whom were catered for. The wine was a highlight.

Nice place for a roast with plenty of pram space, nice roast and ice cream. Not amazing but it was tasty and comfortable. Would recommend for families with young children for Sunday lunch as everywhere else nearby is rammed and loud.

The Sunday Roast was expensive. You can get a much much higher quality roast for the same price. The potatoes were so over cooked they were barely edible. The staff are really nice.

Had a lovely night at the Jolly Gardener. We ordered all different things and we were all jealous of each others meals. The house burger was amazing. The fish and chips were delicious. And the teryaki salmon was out of this world. Will definitely be going back!

Great food, very good service and reasonably priced wine list as always. This time I had the butterfly chicken breast which was a work of art. Definitely a local favourite.

We had a very enjoyable meal, loved the croquettes starter which is delicious and we had the chicken breast and the steak for mains. It also has a very reasonably priced wine list. Will definitely be coming back!

Always met with very friendly and attentive service whenever eating at the Jolly Gardeners. The Food is usually very good too. I had the fish pie this time which was delicious. The wine list is a wee bit on the restrictive side but yielded a very nice Pinot Noir. The only negative thing about my visit last Saturday was a large birthday table making an ear piercing amount of noise. The back dining room at the JG is normally quite noisy and I don't usually mind but this lot ended up screaming at each other whilst playing a drinking game which did spoil the conversation at our table towards the end of the evening.

Great service and food - this is consistently the best pub burger by miles. Nice to have separate dining room just behind main pub area.

Sunday lunch. Visited Jolly Gardeners for my birthday with family (7 in total). Atmosphere ok enough, service good (nice staff), but food menu and actual food uninspired. Half decent pub grub at best. If you are in the SW18 region check out Earl Spencer pub. Solid venue and food comfortably a notch above
