Our first visit to The Mill, loved it. Looking forward to Christmas Day when we return.

Beautiful little restaurant. Difficult to find as felt like we were driving into a building site but lovely when in. Had 2 courses which were lovely. Steaks a bit over cooked but still tasty. Staff very friendly :)

Great food, friendly service in a lovely quirky building. Suggest bigger and brighter signage from the lead in road especially on these dark nights.

Can’t beat the really friendly atmosphere and great food. Great value Sunday Lunch deal.

Enjoyable lunch on miserable rainy day warm welcome for staff

First visit to this restaurant. Will definitely go again. I have already recommended this restaurant to my family. The staff were very welcoming. Food was beautifully cooked. There was four of us and clean plates all round. Good sized portions. My only criticism would be I did not have enough custard to go with the fruit crumble!

Nice place albeit quite maybe due to being tucked away and we went 6pm. Friendly service a little bit of a wait for food but very good food when it arrived.

We were given a nice table but service was very slow. Table waitresses were good but the presentation of the food on the plate was poor. I had the chilli garlic prawns which for £9 were poorly presented-8 nice prawns, 2 pieces of fried bread & a small sprig of 3 leaves of old water cress. My wife had Palma ham which was a small portion on a bed of tired lettuce and overcooked duck for the main. On the positive side I had a very nice fillet steak with peppercorn sauce cooked to perfection. Probably won't be back until they get a decent chef!!

Excellent service and value for money. We had the set lunch menu £12 for 2 courses or £15 for 3. Portion size generous and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Had a wonderful lunch on Saturday with my son. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic.

My friend & I enjoyed our food but my husband was less impressed. He found the portion size, for the mussels starter was a little small and the sauce was too sharp & not creamy enough. He also felt the sea bream to be a little over cooked.

Food excellent, service good but had to wait between courses, had to remind waitress that we were waiting for our dessert for a long time, taken off bill. Would go again, good value.

Regulars on a Sunday to round off a busy week. Staff friendly and welcoming. Food offer always well cooked and presented. On our own or with fiends we always enjoy. Our go to restaurant! Give it a try if you've not been. Not the easiest place to find but worth the effort!

We are regulars especially on a Sunday evening. Always get a pleasant welcome from the staff who now know our usual order without us needing to tell them. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the food so happy to return!
