Great place to eat, friendly staff, great service and great food 😉 booked on line, very easy to use, offered the special board. 4 of us enjoyed a fabulous meal together. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Lovely food and great service. Unfortunately had to leave early due to illness but would definitely recommend a visit and will be booking again in the near future.

Lovely welcoming staff and the burgers were the best I think I’ve ever had! No joke, the beef was delicious - locally rested and sourced which is a massive plus too. Food reasonably priced but drink I thought was expensive, which is a shame. Overall good experience and would return 👍🏻

The service was good and some of the food was good. However the chateaubrian was only satisfactory. When mentioned to the staff they did give 2 free desserts which was appreciated. I had the mussels as a starter and there was no finger bowl.provided which I did think was unusual. I'm not sure they have things quite right which might explain why on a Friday night it was empty . However my husband and I had the fillet steak which was lovely.

Really nice food. Price reflected the quality. Friendly service. Shame a small birthday treat wasn’t awarded as we were offered one a previous year. Overall a good experience

Fantastic food and service. There was 8 of us eating and we weren’t rushed, the food can out all together and all of it was great quality. It was reasonably priced and we had a lovely evening.

Lovely atmosphere coupled with friendly staff and tasty food make For a great meal out. Generously sized portions so just be mindful of you order starter/main/pudding!

Greeted and served by very friendly, attentive staff. We were give a choice of tables and drinks were served promptly. Our meals were very good and well presented.

Steak night is always such great value for money for lovely food

Went for evening meal whilst picking up a package from Ilkley. Went on recommendation of a friend who frequents the restaurant regularly. We had a sharing starter which was very unusual but very tasty. Included ribs, chicken wings, chicken pieces etc. Very nice. Mains we had the 10 oz Rump Steak for 2. Steak was well cooked, came with fries, Moody Cow gravy and onion rings. I had only one gripe was that the gravy was too runny and thin. I think if we try again then I would go for the Brandy Peppercorn sauce. Reasonably priced for what we had and very very good attentive service from the waitresses on the evening.

Lovely steak well cooked. Attentive service and nice selection of well priced wines. Relaxing dining in nice surroundings. Definitely will go back for another visit.

Food was good and the service excellent. It was busy as it was a Saturday night. Been a few times to this restaurant. You know what you are going to get.

My meal was dreadful and had to be sent back. The staff were very good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very good. Very disappointing.

If you enjoy steak or fish this would suit you. I looked at the menu on line beforehand and had decided on the parmesan chicken. However the menu on the night was completely different so I settled for the burger - it was ok. Drinks very expensive. But great staff and a good atmosphere.

Great efficient friendly service. Great food and drinks. What more can I say!. 😆 If you want n extensive choice of delicious food options, and value for money, book a table at the moody cow.

An enjoyable experience, the food was ok not exceptional. Service was very good although sometimes you had to attract the servers attention. A safe choice where you get what you pay for but don't expect the wow factor.

Lovely meal as always. The food was excellent, very welcoming staff. We took our 20 month old daughter and the staff were great with her. The food came very promptly which is great when you are dining with a toddler.

Excellent food. I would definitely recommend it. Friendly staff. Good choice of meals plus a specials menu. We were a party of 6 , ordering different things, all good meals. Very generous and tasty side dishes. We will be going back.

Lovely meal, good service and nice surroundings. Very good value on a Thursday. We will be back again but still couldn't manage a dessert. Only one negative, a bigger range of sides, maybe peas or green beans.

Me and my girlfriend have just been to The Moody Cow in Ilkley and found it to be a lovely evening out. The food was spot on and plentiful in portions. Staff were friendly,polite and attentive and are a credit to the business. Will definitely be returning again over the Xmas period

Excellent service. Attentive staff, food superb. The menu choice is really good and it offers good value for money. Certainly a restaurant that I would recommend to others.

Food ok. Although got two separate bits of steak to make up an 8 oz. one was well done when I asked for medium. Service not great. Had to ask for condiments and they were very eager to take our food away when we hadn’t even finished. Also got given the wrong wine.

The food was lovely. The staff are both helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The tables in booths are a good idea. There’s a sense of privacy.

Lovely restaurant, great food and the steak night sharing meal is a brilliant deal. The house wine with the deal was a great compliment to the meal.

Been a few times now and the food was excellent again. The service is also perfect. Front of house gentleman excellent. Our steaks were cooked perfect.

Absolutely gorgeous food, 3 course and each course was perfect we went with our little daughter and our friends and their child and it was the best Sunday dinner we've all had in a long time
