Food was pretty good, staff were pleasant. No gluten free bread which is highly u usual for a restaurant like this one?! The manager was nice and very chatty. When I arrived there were 3 waitresses round a till and nobody acknowledged me. The manager came over and said he would be right with me. Starter portion was small. Main portion not that big.

Great concepts, but not executed as well as expected. Personally I think if you're serving skin on salmon that skin needs to be crispy, not soggy.

The Christmas lunch was ok but my turkey was a bit dry

We had a fabulous dinner at the Mustard Seed! Fresh produce beautifully cooked and presented and the staff just couldn't do enough for us. We can't wait to come back again. A truly wonderful experience.

The restaurant was lively, staff friendly and efficient. The food was wonderful. I had a starter trio of salmon that was the best starter I have ever had! Fillet steak was perfection and my wife was delighted with the rib eye. Superb

This is a restaurant that we frequent every month as they vary the menus on a monthly basis. Always get a very good reasonably priced 2 course lunch but the sea bass (2 course) and Xmas turkey (3 course set) menus today were excellent. This was only topped off by our waiter Daniel that we have never seen before. Unfortunately, he is leaving shortly but is a credit to the restaurant. Glenn & Orla
