Visited mid afternoon so was quiet at first but was filling up when we left at 5.50pm on a Friday evening so best to book if you are wanting to eat. The food was good and service was excellent.

Love this place food is great , it has a great atmosphere it’s so relaxed , the deco is dark an moody just how like it with a big piano in the corner and it’s filled with books . It just has a really special feel about it .

Was really looking forward to trying the New Conservatory but sadly there seemed nothing new about it. The service was quite poor both at the bar and waiting on. Staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other rather than waiting on customers. There was certainly no energy or vibe about the place so won’t be rushing back despite 50% reduction on the food!

Hidden gem and once you start going you'll never stop. Take all my friends there and they're amazed by the food and atmosphere - so they keep going back. I should get commission !!

Great food. Great staff but could do with a few more on a busy Saturday lunchtime.

I usually know exactly what I'm going to eat before I get there ! Never get bored with the menu and just mix it up with starters and sides. Love it and keep recommending it to friends. It's such a lovely place

Food was passable however took 40 minutes for someone to come over to even offer us a drink! The place was busy but all they had to do was ask us when they sat us down, wouldn't have minded if the drinks took ages to come to us, if at least we'd been asked!!... just felt like we'd been seated then totally forgotten about! The waiters did not apologies or say anything to us, all quite surly... no service with a smile!

We went there on the 22nd Feb 19 for food, as I have been before and told people it was lovely food. Unfortunately all three of us were up sick through the night. I emailed them to let them know so that they were aware and that it didn’t happen to other customers if they served the same batch of food. I was very disappointed to get a reply to say thanks for informing them but no apology. I think an apology would have been nice and will not be returning. And will definitely not be recommending them as I normally do.
