Nice welcome and good service, fish and chip good and very hot, the mushy peas were a bit cold and too mushy for our liking. Website prices around £2 lower than the actual menu!!! Needs updating!

Sunday roast lunch was exceptional. Very much worth the visit .

The food was absolutely grim....tough tasteless fried "chicken Kiev" with burnt crumbs which they tried to call a special 😂😂😂 it Was beyond vile and I could taste the chip pan Avoid unless you are absolutely desperate.. You'd be better off going to the Tesco express for a pot noodle.

It was my 60 th birthday, the ladies set our table up with balloons , which was lovely ty . Our food was delicious too we wanted a quiet lovely meal/restaurant and you delivered. Thank you again

This is our go to restaurant for a Sunday roast, food is perfect & staff are fabulous.

Very unremarkable food at best and overcooked. Expensive too. Wouldn’t have minded paying that if it had need delicious. Not good.

Good reviews directed us here, however not sure why. Had a Sunday roast, potatoes hard, meat not fantastic all in all very average. Better roasts around for the money I’m sure.

It was great. The staff were very attentive and polite. My steak was ok but my wife’s lamb was lovely. Will definitely go back again

I love eating at this restaurant and as always the food was excellent. However i had to sit wearing my coat to eat as the restaurant was so unacceptably cold.

Visited twice. Sunday roast dinner was amazing. Burger, steak & ale pie was delicious. Staff very friendly, service speedy. Highly recommend.

As usual, the food and service at the Priest Hole is very good.

The steak pie & veg was excellent but the service was slow. It was 40mins after arriving at the restaurant before the mains were served. We ordered a dessert but after waiting 15/20mins for it to be served we cancelled as we had run out of time. So disappointed with that.

We went to Priest Hole for my Daughters birthday we were a party of 10 including 3 children age 11 4 and 18 months. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. The meal was delicious and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend

No other customers, despite not being able to book a different time. Blue cheese sauce did not taste of cheese at all! Music was depressing and had to ask for it to be changed. Not at all what I wanted for my husband’s 60th birthday.
