The best real Greek restaurant in the area of Liverpool. Cosy atmosphere, friendly service, amazing dishes!

Authentic excellent food ,service and staff really good. Was really surprised how good it was . This was our first visit but certainly not the last. Have tried many of the others Greek restaurants in the area but this is far the best. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely evening. Really great food and service. We had the meze platter to start which was delicious and I can't recommend the Kleftico enough which I had for the main.

We went with friends to the Real Greek, we had a lovely night, excellent food, fantastic staff, lovely ambiance. Service was excellent will definitely go again. Thank you to all the staff for a great evening.

Excellent food reminded me of my holidays, and live music on a Saturday night. The only issue was parking, but that's not the restaurant's fault.

Excellent local Greek restaurant. The food was very good, decor was cute and service friendly. Only downside for me was the portion size - too big! We'll be back.

Lovely meal in a light and vibrant setting. Service was pleasant. Wine was competively priced. Restaurant was busy when we arrived at 8 but emptied towards 10pm.

This was our first time at the restaurant, we had a lovely time and will be returning. The décor is pleasant, staff very helpful and welcoming. The menu is varied lots of choice its like being on holiday.

The restaurant is light and airy with a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious. We were given complementary crusty bread with delicious dips. The service was excellent and the price very reasonable.

Food is always great. Restaurant has an authentic feel and a relaxed atmosphere. Menu has been updated since we last visited with more now to choose from.

Fabulous friendly fun and fantastic food will definitely be going again and would highly recommend this little gem of a place to everyone authentic Greek food and atmosphere

Gorgeous food, brilliant staff, the best Greek restaurant in St.Helens. Choice of food and drinks are extensive and all served with a smile. We always return.

Warm welcome, very pretty but minimal surroundings, excellent service, wonderful food. My husband, our 2 children and I had a lovely evening at The Real Greek, we couldn't fault anything. No doubt one of the best places to eat in the area. The portion sizes are ample, the staff couldn't do enough to help and we will definitely be going again. I would say the only downside ( and this has nothing to do with quality) is that the soft drink prices are a bit on the expensive side. Highly recommended.

Excellent lovely evening with friend family, service and staff nothing to much trouble ,food was fantastic large portions but well cooked and presented .would recommend and will be going back asap

Lovely food and good service - I would highly recommend to anyone. It feels like a very authentic Greek restaurant with a varied choice and quite good value for money.

First time visiting this restaurant with my husband.We consider ourselves to be quite good international cooks and everything we cook is made from pure ingredients when possible.We also eat a variety of cuisines including Arabic, Spanish ,French and Mexican in that we make our own pitta bread and tortillas to name a few cooking methods. On that note we thought the restaurant had the right atmosphere cleverly decorated.The staff were very friendly and Courteous. Food was tasty well presented and authentic. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!! Just hope they get the visa card machine up and running soon .

Really nice setting decor authenticly Greek staff really friendly and attentive not the best Greek food we've tasted but by no means the worst could also do with some authentic Greek beer on draught

The food is excellent. The restaurant is very well decorated giving a relaxed and authentic feel. The live music enhanced the atmosphere. We went on a Thursday evening and had a great time.

It was my second time at The Real Greeks, but unfortunately it was a bit chaotic. We learned that the chef had walked out last night which left the rest of the staff running around like headless chickens, you have to give them all credit for carrying on! The food was good despite the blip.

Service was slow , meal was average , waiters and waitresses not very attentive and found myself asking several times for drinks that never arrived waited what seemed like an age when I asked for bread rolls and had to ask twice. Overall nt very satisfied and found it on the pricey side

When we first arrived, they did not have our booking ( we booked through quandoo). However, they were able to accommodate us. Our food was lovely, but it our mains came too soon after our starter, it would have been better to allow another five minutes before arriving. We also thought the drinks were quite expensive, £3.30 for a small bottle of beer and £9.00 for a pint bottle of retsina, which we know can be bought for far less than that. Don't get me wrong, we did enjoy our meal and we will go back.
