On arrival the owner kindly allowed us to park behind his gate and all staff were very welcoming and took the time to say hello when we entered. Food was fantastic and I highly recommend the calves liver. I will visit again very soon. Thank you for a great service.

Booked a table for 5. Have always loved it here in the cosy Autumn/ Winter for a roast but it was lovely to have some bottles of rose and lunch outside in the garden area. We'll certainly be back again soon!

We had an excellent meal at the Thatched Tavern. We were very impressed by the friendly staff, fantastic service and appropriate measures taken to ensure a safe visit during this time. We shall be returning in the future and would highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant and the food was amazing and not too expensive. Drinks are overpriced. We were a group of 7 and we were charged for something that we never had which totally ruined the exoerience for us

Great food, great atmosphere and brilliant service. All this during Covid-19 social distancing. Wait at the door to be seated, sanitise hands, drink and food service was quick and friendly, excellent measures in place for social distancing from other customers and staff 10/10

The imposed regulations have completely sterilised (literally) the restaurant. There is no longer the cosy hubbub of a busy local with a excellent brassiere to now resemble an isolation ward in a general hospital.

Couldn't fault it, service and food excellent! We'll be back.

It was a first family lunch for 5 months. As usual the food was fantastic, a full menu available, excellent staff plus a generous discount due to the reduced VAT! A great family treat. We will be back ASAP!

Great evening out - even though it is challenging times - trying to manage food tables as well as people just popping in for a drink, the staff were great. The food was excellent.

First time visit back after lock-down, surprised and pleased to see Nat back, with Tom. New layout to accommodate social distancing well done in difficult circumstances. Something that hasn't changed - the food as good as ever! Service pretty good too!

Lovely little pub with very friendly staff. Great Covid plans in place and made to feel very comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble either. Good selection of food on the menu too. Definitely recommend
