Lovely food, and we’ll presented. Although we were tucked around the corner out of the way a little so on our own, had to wait a while for the bill as no one came back, considering the e pub wasn’t busy at all we had to go and find someone.

Great place. Delicious food. Would recommend. We really enjoyed our evening there.

Five of us had lunch on Wed around 1pm. Great meal served by happy, helpful staff. Everyone enjoyed their food very much but all felt the prices were on the high side, especially the salads. Some looked at the ploughman's lunch but thought the price was extortionate for what was on offer and, therefore didn't order. Overall, very nice food served by very happy staff but a little overpriced.

Food is normally good, but unfortunately it was decidedly average on Mother’s Day. Burgers absolutely smothered in burger sauce and saturated / soggy buns in sauce and grease!

Friendly waitress on arrival, prompt service and drinks and main courses arriving in good time. Desserts on the other hand were not very warm.

We went for dinner at the Why Not pub good job we booked as it was busy. The food was good quality & tasty & good size portions. Plenty to choose from too but not much for a vegetarian. The staff were friendly & helpful. Definitely be going again

Apparently Lilly was head chef that night and the food was amazing, fresh and beautifully cooked. The service was great as always…

Local pub. Cheesy garlic bread was great for a starter, a touch more garlic might have improved but that's a matter of taste. The daily 'special' of moules mariniére again was really good.

I've eaten here twice in the last two weeks and had two fabulous meals. Served by a really polite and efficient young male waiter. (Only downside is the music, a slightly more upbeat tempo would be lovely but that's personal choice I guess). I will definitely be back 10/10
