The food is good as usual and staff are friendly. They’re very busy in the evening tho so the waiting time is a bit long

Very authentic Szechuanese food packed with spice! Really appetising dishes flavoured with numbing peppercorns. Reasonable pricing and good hygiene. Even has air conditioning which is perfect for eating sweat inducing chilli dishes in the summer

Have been here so many times. Always good, sometimes the dish would be a bit more spicy or salty than usual but overall it’s still pretty good

Lovely food from the Szechuan menu (is you chose the ingredients, it comes in one big bowl of delicious spice broth. More than enough for two. Service friendly but slightly erratic.

Food is really nice, and we all enjoyed the meal. Highly recommend. But the hotpot dishes looks a little bit low key as everything is mixed in a large tray (doesn’t look good)

Nice staff and good environment. We went there for hotpot and the food were alright although not top-notch; but the consider the price it’s still a bargain for a good hotpot in West London

It was really close to the underground station and the shopping centre. We had the hot pot and the price is reasonable. The food was really good and I really enjoy it.

The service was great and the food was really good and has a variety of dishes, would be nicer if they had more beef and chicken dishes.

The food and service were very good but the restaurant was too cold! We went at 8.30pm and had to ask to be moved to another table away from the front window. Even then my wife had to keep her coat on throughout the meal.

The hot pot wasn't as good as usual, the food may not be that fresh with bad quality. Service was quite strange there. May not com back next time

In my humble opinion, the best Szeuchan food I've had in London at excellent prices. All the food was great and I recommend heartily the steamed / boiling chilli fish!

Great and original Chinese dishes. The portions are generous and the staff are trying hard to please the guests. However, it was overpriced; especially the vegetarian dishes.

Both me and my friend enjoyed the Great authentic Chinese food and service. If you like spicy food this place has a wide selection. The menu has a lot of food selections and had photos of all of the dishes. Would definitely visit again.

We already booked the big table one month ago and confirmed several times, but the waitress did not want to take us to the big one. She insisted to leave it there and wanted us to stay in a small one. We understand it was so busy on that day, but the waitress's attitude was not good at all. Poor service.

Nice buffet hotpot. The service has room for improvement as we waited a long time for food refill and was told the dinner is limited to 1.5 hours only toward the end. I appreciated they were busier than usual on Chinese New Year day though

Great place to celebrate Chinese New Year. All excellent except the dan dan noodles and the chicken with chili weren't very spicy. Delicious shredded potatoes.

Really good restaurant, you can get proper Chinese food here. Hot pot is the must try! Better than any of other hot pot restaurants in Chinatown.

Good food, but service was awful. Staffs should learn to smile and be more attentive. They look like they can't be bothered sometimes. We got the hot pot, which was nice but not sure why each time we ordered more, the plates kept getting smaller and smaller each time.

The hot pot all-you-can-eat buffet at Tian Fu is great, I love it, I have been there quite a few times already. It is a little bit of a shame, as I always have the hot pot, I have yet to try the other a la carte dishes available.

My favorite Chinese in London. The chili fish served with red peppers and pepper corns in oil is amazing! The focus here is very much on the food rather than the decor/service But the food is that good who cares! :)

Brilliant food, authentic dishes. One feels confident of the quality when 90% of the diners were Chinese ... and they were really tucking-in! I’d certainly go again. Slight niggle, haphazard service and we couldn’t use an American card which needed a signature.

Very good, we tried the hotpot and it did not disappoint. Great variety of vegatables, and meat. Seafood was lacking a bit of freshness though
