Bringing some Spanish charm right to Sauchiehall Street, Torres Tapas Restaurant offers diners a taste of Spain in the form of bitesize tapas dishes, traditional decor and a handpicked wine list. Whether you’re a seafood aficionado, a meat lover or vegetarian, you will find an abundance of options on the menu at Torres Tapas Restaurant in Glasgow City Centre. Some of our favourite tapas dishes include the gambas al pil-pil (king prawn sauteed in olive oil, fresh chillies and garlic), chorizo frito al vino (chorizo sauteed in red wine), champinones al ajillo (pan-fried mushrooms with garlic, parsley and white wine) and the alitas con harissa (hot and spicy chicken wings cooked with harissa). Other Spanish staples available include a range of paella dishes and charcuterie boards, and the menu also includes some Mexican favourites for those who’d like to turn up the heat a bit!
Food and staff are excellent, but the venue is not good
Went there early Saturday evening. Good selection of tapas at reasonable prices. We enjoyed them all. Staff friendly, informative and attentive. Will definitely go back.
Quiet early evening. Good service. Good food. Very good paella. Lovely calamari & good chicken croquets. Lackiing a little atmosphere but we had a good time.
