Great atmosphere, friendly staff, food was good but could be improved. Starters were not very hot and the one of the main courses (Ho Ho Hotdogs) had a very overcooked bread bun!

Staff brilliant, food massive portions a bit over faced. Bit uncomfortable sitting on a wooden bench, left when we had finished eating. Good atmosphere, well decorated very nice and Christmassy.

Good service - wrong food choice - Bang Bang Chicken- dry and boring. Very disappointed.

Booking process was very easy and Lauren was very helpful. Initially service was great, asking for more drinks etc but it really dropped off after the main courses were served. Steaks were not cooked to the individuals requests (which I do appreciate is hard) The desserts were left on the pass which we were sat next to so we helped ourselves as there were no staff around and had to eat with a knife and fork (no spoons in sight) Our complaints were dealt with well by the manager. Overall we were disappointed, we wanted to be able to highly recommend as we are all local.

Food was great! Good big portions. Roast beef great, huge portion of meat! The service was very slow. Our waitress Lola was doing every she could to attent all the tables but she couldn't possibly. I think more staff would have made a difference. Great Sunday lunch overall, I would totally recommend and would definitely go again!

First visit here, excellent service by an elf! Good value tasty meal. my wife thought her veg was too salty and a fresh bowl was instantly provided . Would definitely go there again.

We went on quiz night which I hadn't realised so it was a bit loud for catching up with friends, but we were able to move to a table as far out of the way of possible and it was all ok. The food was lovely, the menu was fun and the festive atmosphere was too. Staff were great.

Ordered the vegan fish n chips made with banana blossom. Very tasty, batter amazing. Will definitely be a regular.

Our 4th visit here. Service is great and staff are really nice. Wait time for food was good even though it was very busy. We`ve noticed the quality of the food has deteriorated somewhat over our visits. Noise level is high but that`s the type of bar it is. The live music however is totally unnecessary as hardly anyone is listening to it, 90% of the customers are talking over it and it only adds to the noise level

Booked for what we believed to be the Christmas menu only to be told it wasn't available unless it was a large group despite the website not saying anything about that. went for some 'festive' dishes off the regular menu to try and make up for the disappointment but all 3 were pretty poor to be honest and one was almost cold. service very average as though they couldn't be bothered so a poor experience overall.

We were charged £16.95 for the Christmas dinner when the menu said it was £13.95. When we asked a waitress, we were told the price was correct at £16.95 and that the menus were wrong!!! The Brussel sprouts were undercooked - we could really have done with steak knives to cut through them.

Not what I thought the place would be like.3 large tv's showing football young boys running around. Drinks were very slow coming, food was ok. It was a birthday meal for a 15 year old girl so not the right place.

Great venue. Definitely popular, maybe too popular? Attentive staff. There was a significant delay to the delivery of our food and was overcooked. Considered querying the food but we were 'starving', the place was busy and a further delay could not be contemplated. Would give the place another go, but not in a hurry to do so.

Food was lovely but took a long time, even though you weren't particularly busy. Couldn't get a coffee after our meal (machine turned off).

We booked on line and were given a choice of tables by your staff. Everyone we met or served us that evening were naturally polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. Any questions were answered promptly and unambiguously resulting in an absolutely great evening. Weekends are busier and noisier than weekdays , but still have a great atmosphere . I would absolutely recommend the Treehouse to anyone. PS we joined in with singing happy birthday to the table to the side of ours.

Greeted but not seated. Waited nearly 1 hour for food to arrive, however, venue not overly busy. Interior lovely and the seating plush. Drinks and food affordable. Food taste and quality mediocre. Chicken extremely dry and overdone. Roast potatoes barely seen an oven and seasonal veg was dry and shrivelled up. Yorkshire pudding was huge and tasty though. Wouldn't return for food, maybe a drink and for the atmosphere.

Food great, service great, Sat next to table by smokers exit to courtyard, door constantly opening and closing so quite chilly!

Generally poor service. We placed an order for one pizza and one chips meal. After 25 mins the server returned to check which chips meal. It was another 20-ish minutes before the very simple food arrived. We then had to seek someone put in order to pay

Pizzas were really great, tadty and lots of toppings however general customer service was very slow, the cocktails were served mostly mafe with ice or half empty. Disappointing.
