Too loud, large TV screens spoil the place. Had to move outside to garden as could hardly have a conversation. Service though was excellent, food average, won't rush back.

Enjoyable meal, good value and good service. Will recommend and return. Plus, like the way the old Korks has been re-furbished.

Food always great, quick service for main meal, but dessert took a while. However due to this the manager removed the charge

We enjoyed our lunch and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely but it would be good to have an extra salad with the burger. This was served on an oblong plate which didn’t sit well on the table - my husband really thinks the standard round plates are much better instead of the food being squashed onto this small plate. The table was also very wobbly which needs attention. Previous diners have tried stuffing napkins under the leg so the management must know. I also found the table sticky and when I wiped it with one of our wet wipes it was quite dirty! It’s a shame these minor things haven’t been sorted to make the experience about the food and drink!

The food (we had the Sunday Roast) was really good. However, our order got lost somehow and we had to wait ages and the food was not as warm as it could have been. We had to ask someone to sweep the floor near us as there was broken glass and it was right where our dog was sitting. It is a lovely place and we will come again, but I think on this occasion they had maybe taken on too much with 2 functions and a busy restaurant.

The food is amazing and so is the service and atmosphere.

Really easy to book online, which is always appreciated! The table was waiting for us when we arrived. We were in a group of six including one child. Service was fairly attentive to begin with though we did have to wait quite a while and remind them we'd asked for a drink we'd not received after they'd brought our other drinks. Food took an ok amount of time to be ready considering we were a fairly big group and it was quite busy. All nicely presented and great portion sizes. It did take quite a long time for us to have table cleared and be offered any desserts after we'd finished our mains, which is something I noticed on my last visit too, so that seems like an area for improvement as we were waiting quite a while. But apart from a couple of hiccups with service, it was a great experience and I'd definitely recommend.

Beautiful restaurant, fabulous service with lovely and friendly staff, and the food was absolutely delicious. Dined with both of my parents and my two young children for my daughters first birthday, and was just a lovely experience all round.

We arrived as booked for 7:45pm to be told as we sat down that they stopped serving food at 8pm. We promptly ordered mains and these arrived just before 8pm and then dead on the hour, the chef was out of there. My wife’s order was ok but my calzone pizza dough was part cooked through. I couldn’t send it back, the kitchen was closed. Nobody followed up to ask if we were ok, nor were we offered a dessert. Think if you go for drinks you would be ok but for food maybe book a table for lunch!!!
