Our table was booked for 7pm. It was very busy and took a little while to order but we did not receive our food until 8.40pm. When we asked about the food we were told ours was next but it still to 40 mins after that point. When it did arrive it was very disappointing. I did complain and was given a discount on our meal but I will not be going back.

Really nice food and good value. We had a lovely evening and would recommend it.

our first visit to Treehouse. The venue was very impressive, and the changes made to the building were visionary. The Bar staff served Guinness when a beer asked for, they seemed more interested in talking to each other than to customers. Food ordering was good but the menu was limited, the kebab I ordered turned out to be a kofta, and my wife's shrimp curry was very watery and not sufficiently spiced. Our shared flatbreads arrived at the same time as our main course. The environment is excellent, the service is good, food is below average.

Didn’t know what to expect - but very noisy due to three TVs showing the football with a Lot of supporters - who were just watching. On top of that 15 minutes into our visit a band started playing. Consequence of all this was that conversation was almost impossible. Only redeeming feature - the food was very nice.

Meal for a family birthday. Not a great experience at all. We couldn't relax and enjoy the experience as we were reminding staff that we existed and to chase our orders. When the food did arrived it was very underwhelming. Fish butteh very very average and crispy mushy peas? Kebab isn't actually a kebab, it's bland chicken served on a flatbread that sweats and goes soggy. Same for the chicken caesar, over dressed but bland. Macaroni cheese sides were bland and we left them. We would have complained but the table across from us did and the reaction from one of the gents I assume was the manager wasn't great and would have put a further dampner on the evening if we had we just won't be returning. Such a shame as it would be such an asset to otley if done right and its such simple things that need improving.

Nice food, very spacious and live music on a Sunday

We left within 5 minutes. The bar was very noisy and busy and we were shown to a table where we were expected to share with 4 others. No alternative was offered. There is no quieter area to ear and people were standing around us drinking. We could not have talked during our meal as it was far too noisy. We like a nice atmosphere but this was just dreadful. Totally inappropriate. Needs a review if layout. Or just be a bar with no dining.

Much too noisy and also our table was next to the exit to the beer garden with the door permanently open which made it quite chilly. The food and beer were fine.

Absolutely amazing place and very reasonable… the only setback for us was where we were sat, we got stuck in a corner away from the main part of the bar so couldn’t see anything! that was disappointing, but food and staff were all great!

Nice friendly staff, excellent building, Food, lasagna slightly small portion also needed a dressing for the salad on all dishes. Pulled pork burrito packed with rice could do with more pork

First time visiting. Staff so helpful, food amazing, the atmosphere was buzzing, but not too loud to talk over. Great night.
