We usually have really good experiences at Treehouse, we're regulars and we visit every xmas eve. However, today, we were placed on a huge table for 8 or so when there were only 3 of us when there were smaller tables free for our entire visit(we had booked in advance). After 25 mins of waiting we had to ask for someone to take our order. This was despite there being a lot of staff lingering and chatting behind the bar. My daughter's burger then came with bits in we asked to be removed and my husband didn't get the festive theme chips advertised on the menu and had to ask for the gravy advertised too. On this occasion, we asked for the service charge to be removed. However, safe to say, this wasn't our normal experience and we'll be back soon. Food was great as always!

There were 9 of us so we chose lots of sharing bits the service was fantastic along with the food. We were very well looked after by great staff

My food was cold. Missing stuffing and pigs in blankets from my meal. No one came back to check and couldn't get anyone's attention. Really loud music. Could barely hear each other. Not somewhere I would recommend.

We were a group of seven and first timers to the Treehouse. Unanimous agreement on great ambiance and decor apart from the noise levels. Rather overwhelming for a some in our party. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, service was a bit slow but we could see how busy the place was, and the food was delicious. All in all a good experience and we all agreed it is a place we would come back to.

Food was nice but not what was described on the menu. Was supposed to come with gravy and chunky chips but was served with fries and no gravy. Food was still nice.

A lovely place. It took a while for our order to be taken but the food was excellent. Would have preferred not to have sport on tv or even not to have tv on at all

The food was very basic and bland. There was no lime slaw in the burger, as advertised. The chips were just thrown on the plate, with no thought to presentation.

Really lovely Sunday dinner. Good portion sizes, even on the kids menu, good value for money and lovely service from the staff.

food service great , but i wasn't happy about the £30 00 service charge on top of a £250 00 bill , don't mind giving a tip but found that a bit over the top

Food and staff were incredible! The disabled access however was very disappointing, no signage outside to direct to disabled entrance, when we were inside we asked about the disabled access and was advised where it was. On our way out we quickly discovered it was a very basic and an extremely uneven and steep ramp.

Food was lovely, cocktails were hit and miss i did have to send one back as it tasted awful compared to the first. Slow service, but staff were polite and friendly. Cutlery was not clean so asked for another set.

Ellie who served us, was quite simply lovely, couldn’t do enough for us, an absolute credit to the business!!

Booked a table for dinner. We were placed in a corner under a speaker that was blaring music. We asked waiting staff to be moved as lots of other tables free. We're told no we couldn't, so ended up leaving.

Food was overpriced, waitress was rude. Added a service charge of £10 which was “optional” but didn’t even consult before adding to the bill which most places would, so most people won’t notice this on their bill as they won’t think to check. Which is insane when you’re already charging £17 for a bog standard meal which is mediocre at best. A halloumi kebab with 4 halloumi strips and salad should not be £17

Onions missing off one dish with the beef, one third of ingredients missed and when raised the kitchen 'forgot sorry'. Nothing off the final bill and my calzone was lovely but could have been hotter - it was just warm. Overall a little disappointingly average.

We had 3 beef brisket Sunday Roasts and they were absolutely delicious and huge portions, we will definitely be back!

We had reserved a table because we had a 2 year old with us to make sure we would have dinner in time and this was a huge disappointment. To order went fast. Before we got to order or drinks the waitress went away with our food order so that it would go fast, despite this we had to wait for more than an hour for our food without communicating this to us. We ordered more drinks and we had to remind the waitress 3 times before we got it. At the third time we had gotten our food and we had to eat half our dish without anything to drink. They were very nonchalant and we got no excuse. We paid cash and the waitress never got back to us with the change and I had to go after her, also this without an excuse.

Too warm in the restaurant. Both meals came with fries which were hard/over cooked. Waitress was adequate but looked like she didn’t want to be there. 12.5% service charge automatically added which I really don’t like! We’re a party of two and this is Haworth not London.

The food could have been warmer although plenty of it and good value. Object to the 10% service charge when there isn't enough staff able to give this. The actual staff work hard and are friendly. Ask for the charge to be removed and make sure the one running around gets the cash.

We were told although we had pre booked in advance that they were sold out of Sunday roasts because it’s first come first served. This is not ideal when you have precooked. Luckily 3/4 of us could have one. But not a great thing to be told !

Pre booked a table, 45 minutes later the food arrived-cold ! Sent it back for another 20 minute wait. They discounted our meal (good) but it just made the overall experience very poor. Whilst we were waiting the second time, other people food was arriving so we couldn’t understand how ours wasn’t prioritised as we had been sat there for so long
