Food was overpriced, waitress was rude. Added a service charge of £10 which was “optional” but didn’t even consult before adding to the bill which most places would, so most people won’t notice this on their bill as they won’t think to check. Which is insane when you’re already charging £17 for a bog standard meal which is mediocre at best. A halloumi kebab with 4 halloumi strips and salad should not be £17

Onions missing off one dish with the beef, one third of ingredients missed and when raised the kitchen 'forgot sorry'. Nothing off the final bill and my calzone was lovely but could have been hotter - it was just warm. Overall a little disappointingly average.

We had 3 beef brisket Sunday Roasts and they were absolutely delicious and huge portions, we will definitely be back!

We had reserved a table because we had a 2 year old with us to make sure we would have dinner in time and this was a huge disappointment. To order went fast. Before we got to order or drinks the waitress went away with our food order so that it would go fast, despite this we had to wait for more than an hour for our food without communicating this to us. We ordered more drinks and we had to remind the waitress 3 times before we got it. At the third time we had gotten our food and we had to eat half our dish without anything to drink. They were very nonchalant and we got no excuse. We paid cash and the waitress never got back to us with the change and I had to go after her, also this without an excuse.

Too warm in the restaurant. Both meals came with fries which were hard/over cooked. Waitress was adequate but looked like she didn’t want to be there. 12.5% service charge automatically added which I really don’t like! We’re a party of two and this is Haworth not London.

The food could have been warmer although plenty of it and good value. Object to the 10% service charge when there isn't enough staff able to give this. The actual staff work hard and are friendly. Ask for the charge to be removed and make sure the one running around gets the cash.

We were told although we had pre booked in advance that they were sold out of Sunday roasts because it’s first come first served. This is not ideal when you have precooked. Luckily 3/4 of us could have one. But not a great thing to be told !

Pre booked a table, 45 minutes later the food arrived-cold ! Sent it back for another 20 minute wait. They discounted our meal (good) but it just made the overall experience very poor. Whilst we were waiting the second time, other people food was arriving so we couldn’t understand how ours wasn’t prioritised as we had been sat there for so long

A very disappointing visit .Waited 20 mins to order drink,then another 20 for it to arrive.Food order was a very long wait ,we ordered a vegan dish and a non vegan dish was sent which had to be returned ,hence the rest of the party had finished.Service charge was added which I asked to be removed.The wrong item should have been deducted . The table was just behind the door and the outer door was open and very cold throughout.

We visit regularly for a reason, we enjoy it, if we didn't we wouldn't return. However, tonight I had the big burger that included burger, chicken, bacon and cheese. I found the chicken to be watery and reconstituted, it wasn't pleasant. The rest of the meal, drinks, service. can't be faulted. Except, maybe, the addition of service charge onto the bill. I understand that tipping is more difficult in a cashless society, but you need to make it more transparent like 10%, this was more than 10%, but not sure how much you were asking of me. That's just my thoughts, my main reason for giving feedback was the poor chicken.

This is our second visit to the Treehouse and it was another great meal, the food is lovely and well presented. Will definitely be back.

Sadly there wasn’t enough staff 1 bar staff and 2 waiting staff. We had to wait rather a long time for our orders. Given that on this particular evening guests were being offered 40% discount obviously it was busy and the poor staff were run off their feet. Also the 40% off was rather conflicting as one member of staff said that it included the signature margaritas and the invitation sent via my instagram also mentioned signature margaritas, however upon paying the bill we were told that drinks weren’t included in the offer. I felt that this was rather misleading. I don’t like to complain but in this case I feel that constructive criticism is valid.

Staff were lovely, really kind and really friendly. However we waited an hour for our food and then when it came it was cold. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent service food amazing had the belly pork waw so tender. Would highly recommend. It's lovely place for family to get together and having my grandchildren with us made it too and they loved too. Thanks again

Booked a table for Sunday lunch. Was seated and given the Sunday lunch menu went to order and was told they had sold out and that we have to pre order a Sunday dinner - I was so confused as I booked a table?

Waitress was lovely. But lots of dirty tables outside. Food was okay/average. Wine in the deal was not very nice, but that’s to be accepted.

As someone who doesn't usually like busy places, I always enjoy and feel at home in the treehouse. It is busy, fun and full of people having a great time without being overwhelming and alcohol fueled. It is warm, fun and welcoming. Maybe this is because there are different generations enjoying themselves. Staff are outstanding, friendly without hovering, quick, fun and polite. Now the food..... It's ever I love about great pub food. Excellent value for money, good portions, delicious and interesting. Our only issue is there is too much choice and we want it all! If you are ever stuck for somewhere to go for a fun night or day, treehouse will always deliver!

Setting was lovely, food was excellent from a really interesting menu. Service was a little slow though probably due to lack of staff on shift but overall enjoyed our night and would return for sure.

Went on a lunchtime and fairly quiet so good choice of tables available. Menu brought quickly and drinks order taken. Great choice of food and lunch menu in particular was v good prices. Food when arrived was great and we treated ourselves to dessert too. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and nice TV screen did not dominate. Will def be returning.

Staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived right up until we left, I believe our waitress was Lauren. We were there for my daughter’s birthday and they were very accommodating. Food was delicious and served within a timely manner and plenty of drink choices too. Would definitely come again.
