Superb customer service was topped off by our meals, which arrived promptly and were beautifully presented with a cheery smile. It’s now our favourite place to go for family occasions (it was my husband’s 60th birthday). Thank you to the team at the Wishing Well.

Visited with family on holiday with us. Came last year and requested another visit. Staff particularly lovely and catered for a vegan. Love the gardens too.

Our most favourite place at anytime of the day. Today we had a delicious Sunday Roast. Sitting by the river, it was served piping hot and plentiful, leaving room for an amazing desert. There’s nowhere to match it! Thank you.

Absolutely stunning tea room, the grounds are to die for, such an amazing experience on entering the garden & food was superb with the most professional staff who were very friendly & made sure all our needs were met. Lovely manager & was so lovely to see her mixing with all the customers of which you don’t see very often also So full of knowledge of the history of the tea room of which was very interesting. Will absolutely recommend this place & singing their praises for a very long time. Thank you

Food was good, parking OK although alternative parking was quite a walk on roads with no pavements. Shame that so many tables outside at the Wishing well makes it difficult to walk into the gardens

It was crowded and noisy but was also an extremely busy Friday afternoon. The service was good but the sandwiches were a bit dry as if they had sat out for a while. We loved the gardens and the atmosphere, such a special place!

Food was very good, and good with my gluten and dairy free diet, but everything you get gluten free is always smaller than normal, the bread is so small and the aways feel cheated that I pay the same price but don't get as much food. It's not just you it's the same everywhere. Also a gluten and dairy free cake would be good. Vegans seem to get the best of both worlds. And they choose, but if it's makes you ill you have not choice.

Lovely food , staff and atmosphere. A little noisy but that’s because it was busy, wet outside etc. All in all a perfect treat for my sister in law’s birthday, a candle was added to her dessert and the staff sang, she was delighted.
