VIA Tapas Lounge

Booking was initially cancelled with no call or explanation, so we rebooked as we thought it was an error. The 2nd booking was confirmed, but when we went to the restaurant hours after booking, it was closed for a private function. The restaurant didn't inform us although the booking was confirmed via email, so we had to find an alternative local on the night. Poor customer experience.

Lovely atmosphere entertainment and food. Staff attentive and friendly. Would like to see happy hour raised maybe 7-9 as residential area and not in from work to make happy hour for many. Think you would attract more custom.

The restaurant looks amazing but unfortunately it took 30 mins to get our drinks served and other tables who came after were served first. Our starters also came after our mains and the food was okay but not mind-blowing for the price.

My brother and I took our mum here for our birthday and she loved it. The food was delicious, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the staff were so so sweet - they even brought Mum a slice of cake and sung happy birthday! We had a brilliant time and will definitely be returning. x
