J'étais venue dans ce café il y a 1 an et rien à voir ! C'était bon, frais et délicieux. J'y suis retournée aujourd'hui et j'ai été très déçue ! C'était froid, pas savoureux et beaucoup de congelé réchauffé. Je me faisais une joie je suis déçue.

Very nice place, the service (Susana, Fatima and the gentleman whose name I don't have) were SUPER nice in a natural way, but also efficient, and it just made the experience wonderful - and the best restaurant experience we had over the week-end. Food is good and well-presented. We booked for my birthday and my friend didn't event have to remind them, and they highlighted it. I would definitely go back if I return to London - but booking ahead is important!!!

We had lunch at Victoria House after a visit to the British Museum we were absolutely delighted with the experience. The atmosphere was lively, the food was excellent and the service was truly outstanding. All in all I cannot recommend this too highly!

Surprisingly difficult to find a nice place for breakfast in London. This is now on the list for repeated visits when we next visit. Yes, it is a little bit of a squeeze getting in but food is superb, both in quality and variation.

A bit disappointing that we had to wait a while for our table even though we'd booked in advance. However, the food, the service and the staff were all great. The noise and tightness of space were a bit more than we'd expected but contributed to the ambience. Would definitely go back.

Great place for breakfast ! Good selection & large portions . It's very popular so definitely book - we were there 8.30 on a Sunday morning and they were already full . Leaving at 9.30 , a large queue had built up outside.

We came for an anniversary breakfast, and it did not disappoint. The staff were second to none, and it was easily the best vegan breakfast and dirty chai I've ever had!

The food was lovely and fresh, the servers were compassionate and attentive though, it quite busy.

Everything was good apart from sitting by the door with it constantly being left open was very cold, which spoilt our experience

The food was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour. The service was smooth with attentive and polite staff. The only thing I would mention is that the aircon was not on and at a full restaurant it got a bit hot and stuffy with not much air. Other than that it was a very nice brunch experience and we will definitely be back.

Believe the hype! Victoria House is simply fantastic. Be sure to book ahead as it gets quite busy. The service is incredible; warm, friendly, and welcoming. The coffee is excellent, as advertised. And the food! This was the best full English I've ever had, hands down. Everything was cooked and served perfectly. It's really about the little details: for example, the beans and mushrooms, so often an afterthought, were a delight, subtly seasoned and spiced; and the bread was delicious. I'm so glad I found them, and I will certainly return next time I'm in London.
