Lovely fresh tasty soup and sides with decent polite advice

The food was great, staff were really polite and facilities spotless.

Really enjoyed my dinner this evening. Pho with papaya salad and Pak Choi. All very tasty

we had a great time, the food was fantastic and so was the service

Big bowls were so nice and great value too. Plenty of food and excellent price point. Small plates were a bit hit and miss....particularly the king prawns. Should probably specify that they come I their shell, too much effort for not enough reward. I didn't get the satay flavour at all, couldn't taste that. Chicken wings were delicious and you got a good amount. Bao bun was okay but that was about it.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant, the staff were really friendly, the cleanliness was great, the food was amazing the only problem was that the disabled toilet was out of order and my husband couldn't get upstairs to use the other toilets.

This is the first time we had visited this restaurant, we didn’t know what to order but we weren’t given much help with food choices. I know it maybe more casual dining but the staff weren’t very attentive. I don’t think we will be returning

Amazing, fresh, hot food yet again. It was my son's first visit and he was impressed. Great service and didn't have to wait very long for our meal. Will definitely be back.

Was very cold in the restaurant with strong air conditioning, had to ask to move but still the same issue. Had to call over someone to take our order as waited so long.. Food wasnt nice at all myself and my partner left our mains and the starter. No one came over to ask if the meals were OK. Then had to flag someone down again to pay the bill.. Then service was added however the service was very much lacking. Totally regret choosing this place to dine.

They were very accommodating when I need to move my booking. They had taken our drinks order but lost our ticket. I had to ask why the drinks were take so long. Food was amazing and even ordered a take away for my family at home as they could attend the restaurant.

Food was excellent and customer service was good, as long as you can get their attention. We were sat at a table along the far left hand side of the restaurant as you can come. Difficult to always get a waiter/waitress’ attention sat there and certainly not where I’d be happy to sit at again.

Food was amazing, had the Belly Pork and Bun Noodles. Pork was seasoned beautifully, mixed with the noodles and salad was overall yummy. Excellent range of cocktails and 2 for £12 offer was brilliant. First time we have eaten here but definitely would again!

Lovely service from attentive staff. Good rice bowl but pork was not as tender as it should have been. Felt that really cheap meat is being used.

The worst meal and service ever. I refused to pay for the "service" charge/fee. when I said i refused, the server came back and claimed a 10% discount since, "the machine would not let [him] change it." what a farce. The pho tasted like reboiled Tesco pot of soup. The spring rolls were limp. They stuck to the plate, did not have any taste, and tasted like rubber foam with unmanageable insides. The drinks were water with flavouring. Definite street food. Where it belongs! On the street! We will never return again! What waste of time money repaid with an attitude by the guy who "gave back ten percent yet still charged for phantom service and reheated Tesco brand food. Drink with water and sods flavouring, and food either which was either Tesco type food or just too frozen to remember where they bought it from!

The food was ok but not great. Expensive for what it was. My child is diabetic and I asked if I could change the VERY sugary fruit drink to a Diet Coke and it was refused. So I had to pay £3.75 for a drink and the sugary drink went to waste. My husband asked what beer you did and you said ‘larger’ I asked if there was anything similar to pad Thai and the waiter said no I’ve never heard of it. We were then charged £6 service charge and we wasn’t happy with the service. I would not recommend and will not be returning
