A group of us went to celebrate a birth day, we have been before but weren't disappointed; the food was very tasty and the service was efficient and friendly.

Yet another amazing meal at Vivo every time we go staff are so polite and nothing is to much trouble thanks so so much 😊

The staff here are always friendly and want to help, the food is first class and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. Occasionally they have special evenings with a guest singer, also worth going to. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Went to Vivo for a birthday lunch and took advantage of the 2 course lunchtime deal. The food was excellent quality and portions just the right amount. We had the place to ourselves, so service was individual and attentive (I'm sure the emptiness had more to do with it being early on a Monday lunchtime, at the end of the month rather than a reflection of the restaurant). Nice place to eat when you'd rather stay local than go into Derby or Notts.

Serive great, food was amazing overall great experiance, would recommend anyone, family occasion or date perfect restaurant, very good value for money too!! Was a pleasure

Excellent food and service. We travelled from Nottingham on recommendation and were not disappointed. We both had the fillet steaks which were cooked to perfection.

Great atmosphere even for midweek, food was excellent, iI had the steak medallion and my partner had the beef stragonoff, will be going back again.

Food was good service also but a couple of items we would like to have ordered were not available from both the early diner and the a la carts menu - it is not the first time we have experienced this

Vibrant modern styling, highly attentive staff, busy, noisy and fun. An excellent young female singer entertained us andcreally brought the night to life. Ptices fair, wine acceptable..,highly recommended

Initially the food and service as good, limited choices on the early evening menu. Desserts - forget it. Not what they say they are, waitresses didn't care if you we unhappy, over priced. Not taken off the bill even though I asked this too, very disappointing.

The restaurant was booked for a birthday meal and we both loved it. The food was excellent and the service was very good. Made to feel really welcomed. Will continue to visit there. Great Italian restaurant on the high street.

We have eaten here on many occasions over the last few years, always good food, always good service, always good value. If it wasn't, we wouldn't keep going!

The service was excellent nice table in the window area food was excellent starters, mains and desserts also had a first taste of Christys Irish lager on draught from the bar

A lovely meal with good service. We had the early menu which is very good value and portions are a good size. Lasagne was delicious particularly with an extra of fries.

This is an excellent local restaurant, good service, good food and great wine. It's one of our favourite restaurants we visit for a early evening dinner or a family celebration. Every visit is as good as the last.

Nice place, lovely food and didn't have to wait long between courses, will defo go back...not a cheap meal but you get what you pay for.

Disappointed- waited 50 minutes for the starter - then they grabbed it off the table- another 25 minutes for the main and they served linguini with a knife and fork - really? The main was sickly with dry pasta where they had kept it under the lights. Overall not worth another visit

Lovely food, beautifully presented and friendly service. The decor of the restaurant was very modern and an added bonus of easy parking behind the restaurant.

Very pleasant experience. Only thing let it down was the bread didn't seem like Italian bread at all and the olives seemed to be from a tin. Other than that the starters and mains were really nice and tasty.

We are regulars, but our evening was perfect as we celebrated a special anniversary. Lovely ambience, restaurant busy, but the service and food was of the usual very high standard. Super visit !

Great evening, live music was great, man with a guitar playing recent and older songs as well. Staff really friendly and food was great too.

Second time we have visited and both times we have experienced good food (carrot cake with white chocolate sauce is highly recommended) ,good décor, attentive staff without being overpowering.

Superb food and superb service. An excellent restaurant that we would highly recommend. We were a large party and everyone enjoyed each course even though we all had different options from the menu.
