Food was amazing!!! Really enjoyed it. Service was great too. We had one of the set menus so got to try a bit of everything (delicious) maybe a bit too much food as we had to leave some to take home. But great overall experience!

Waiters made at least 2 errors on our order, issued the dishes a random order, and made errors on the bill.

Expensive for what it was. Food wasn't as good as most other top dim sum restaurants in London (Chinatown and Baker Street namely) and most annoyingly the seating was awful - it was so awkward to fit our legs under the table and it was exceedingly uncomfortable. It was also very dark and everyone was crammed in so we were right up next to our dining neighbours. We had high hopes but think we will go to our better dim sum restaurants for 2/3 the price in future!

Food really pretty good, but service really shocking. General air of shambles. No surprise it lost its Michelin star last year; now nowhere near.

Excellent food but very patchy service. Waiters busy chatting amongst themselves. Too long a wait between courses and for tea top ups. At such prices the service should be exemplary. We wanted to have desert with our tea but the desert was slow to arrive. Our rice was slow to arrive with our second main. My husband received his drink 10 minutes before mine arrived!

Excellent food as always! Steamed dim sum was really fresh. Soft shelled crab was probably the best dish.

Gorgeous food and staff. Only downfall was our table was pre booked but still had to wait 30 minutes for our table.

The food was excellent, however the service was very poor. We had to wait a good 30 minutes to get a table despite reserving for one and arriving at the time of reservation, and we had to keep reminding them to get us a table. We were just standing for 30 minutes. The waiters were very rude, we didn’t understand why. Not the kind of service I’d expect from Yautcha.
