Great Sunday Roast as ever. Pub is dog friendly as well.
The Red Lion is generally a nice place to have a drink. I’ve eaten there a number of times and food is average, price wise is on a par with other pubs, expensive, although in relation to other pubs that do Sunday roasts, the Red Lion was a lot cheaper, around £18:00, as opposed to £27:00 at other pubs, but you do notice the difference. On this occasion, birthday Sunday lunch, almost half the menu was unavailable, so burgers for most of the group. It’s local to me and is the nicest place to drink in the area. I just accept the food for what it is and pay the price.

Run out most of the veggie food. Waitresses dropped a glass and broke. She had to check to see if they had everything that we ordered
