Food very good. Service very good. Only negative side was found the restaurant cold and noise levels meant we had to shout to conduct a conversation.

A great selection of unusual and delicious Indian cuisine. Served by friendly , helpful staff in a lively atmosphere. I'd recommend this restaurant if you would like to experience something a little different from the run of the mill curry house.

Fantastic food and went out of the way to accommodate my friend who has a mild chilli allergy. Ben looked after us and he was excellent - helpful, friendly and a credit to the restaurant. Thank you!

Fun place good food - nice to get South Indian in Birmingham. Location in Moseley is nice and the cocktails are a bit unusual. Haven't tried that many yet though.

Busy restaurant with a nice buzz about it. Foods ok, although many of the vegetarian dishes dishes are very similar. Excellent, hardworking staff. Fast service.

The food was excellent. The service by the waitress can only be described as functional, ie. no smiles or friendliness. Shame as the welcome by who I presume was the manager was very good. The food was so good we will definitely go back.

This was my first visit to Zindiya. Loved the decor, food was delicious and very reasonable priced. Drinks were good too, although staff were a little slow at serving.

Lovely place and food. The only let down was the place did feel a bit squashed like you were on top of each other, but will still go back. Definitely worth a visit if you like Indian food!

Front of house service was good. Table was ready for 8:30. Ordered food. Everything came out apart from the dosa. We had eaten all our food Waited 15 minutes.... But still didn't come out.. Think they forgotten about it. Cool venue... Limited choice of food. And expensive. Not a regular resturant you would go to.

Tasty food with enough choice to keep one happy. Cocktails are overpriced and the atmosphere could do with a bit of an injection but on the whole a good evening and would go back again.

Great food, lovely service, very lively atmosphere. Love the chickpeas and the sharp, spicy dips. Grab a seat by the door on a busy night if you are a little hard of hearing !

Great food. We tried 10 dishes and all really good. The spicing on all of them was good with a fresh feel and a good tang of heat. Food comes out quick so like when having tapas be ready for small and mains to arrive at a similar time but as we all like sharing no problem. Definitely will visit again

Lively street atmosphere which serves deliciously different food. Their selection of dosa are some of the best I've tasted and are accompanied by really tasty chutneys. A great casual dining experience .

The food was excellent, quite different from most Indian restaurants in Birmingham. Good atmosphere and decor. The poor acoustics made it very noisy and so it was difficult to have a conversation. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Authentic food, very polite staff, good portion sizes and very pretty decor capturing images of India. All food is served in traditional steel plates and glasses. Perfect!

I loved the atmosphere, super busy & the decor is great (I love fairy lights)! The food was really yummy, well priced & came fast too. My only niggle would be the cocktails, I think these are a bit overpriced. I had a gin cocktail which was really good but the prosecco with spices just tasted like normal prosecco.

The food was fantastic but the service was poor which was a shame... We had to flag down the waiter every time we wanted another drink, a dessert, the bill etc. We were reading the menu initially for about half an hour thinking someone would come over to take our order... They didn't. Other than that, I would return purely because the food was delicious.

Zindiya definitely buzzes, the staff are friendly and efficient and the food comes quickly and (mostly) deliciously as described. Three vegetarians and a fellow traveller all shared. The only thing we wouldn't have again was Idli Sambar, which we found bland and stodgy. Dosa are excellent and we loved the Okra fries. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table because the previous people arrived later and dawdled over pudding ... The manager handled it with tact and winning smiles and got us to the table just before our patience waned.

enjoyed our last visit to Zindiyas .. music was too loud .. so conversation was difficult ..the main course we ordered was staggered .. so we all could not start eating together .. saying that food is of a good standard .. seekh kebabs were ok had better .. the salmon and paneer was excellent and our favourite crispy bindis delish as usual..
