Usually have the meze set meal but it wasn’t available. Apparently training both front and back of house early t they couldn’t supply it. Ordered a similar selection. All very tasty.

Very pleasant atmosphere accompanied by good food and excellent service. Will definitely return to the restaurant. to sample more of the interesting menu. We enjoyed a glass of Metaxa 7* at the end of the meal.

Really lovely family run restaurant with a very friendly owner. Food was great - there are a variety of small dishes and enough variety for vegetarians.

The owner and the waiters were very friendly, the atmosphere amazing. And the food was delicious. We will definitely go again. Also the prices were resonable.

Excellent food, as always, and outstanding service. The Halloumi Souvlaki was gorgeous, and the portion sizes plentiful. We could not have wished for a better night.

Took 3 hours to have our meal. They said they were a chef down but did not notify anyone of this before taking orders, if people were told that there was going to be a long wait then they could have made an informed decision as to weather they wanted to stay or go elsewhere.

Very nice place with really good food. Been a couple of times now and always enjoyed it.

Good choice on menu and nice atmosphere despite being quiet-would recommend. Good value for money, nice to have a good meal which is not too expensive.

Lovely restaurant serving authenic greek food. Very friendly owner, who loves to have a little chat to you. Good selection of food on the menu, really enjoyed the 4 course meze which included stuffed vine leaves, meatballs, spinach and cheese parcels, sausages, salad, dips, bread, squid, marinated chicken and stiphado. The owner explained all the courses to us and what each dish was. Won't hesitate to return

This was our first time at the Aegean restaurant and we were not disappointed. The menu has a good selection of dishes including vegetarian. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again.

The welcome, the food and the service were all perfect. We had the stiffado and it was so tender - absolutely delicious. We will return soon.

Lovely visit to this place. Real traditional Greek feel to it and the staff were very attentive to us. It was for my partners surprise meal and we had a ball with friends and family. The gent waiting on us was brilliant and couldn't do enough. Food was lovely also. Would definitely come back to this lovely restaurant.

We've eaten in a lot of restaurants from Michelin in London to Street food in Osaka. Father is a chef so I know quality and have high expectations. What a delight, that's all I can say.

We opted for the Meze menu for four people. It was very nice. Good selection of food and very tasty. Staff very friendly and courteous.

Excellent service, friendly staff and the most delicious food ever! Looking forward to going back again. They were very accommodating too as we could take our own birthday cake in, which they brought out to us after our meal. Wonderful!!

Very polite and friendly atmosphere,welcoming decor. Great for meat eaters, especially lamb dishes....Pistachio ice cream superb. A hidden Greek gem and very kid friendly. Highly recommended for families

Another fantastic meal at the Aegean. Lefteris is the host with the most, and the level of service from the staff was second to none. The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere wonderful.

Had a fabulous meal at the Aegean Restaurant in Cardiff last Good Friday while visiting from Devon. It was our Sons birthday, we have been once before to this Restaurant and that was also an excellent meal. Would really Restaurant, staff and food Excellent.

The staff and owner were very friendly and combined with prompt service to compliment fantastic food this visit was a great experience and well recommended.

We arrived at 6 PM and restaurant was empty. This very quickly changed when large group of dinners and number of smaller groups arrived. We had the Mezze which was a selection of starters/appetizers and the main. The service was responsive and quick given how busy the place was.
