Once again enjoyed a lovely meal in this gem of a restaurant in the city centre. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Remember when it was the Lido café. Giving my age away!
Excellent food and friendly staff. 3 courses plus coffee and a glass of wine each. Total of £55 for 2 excellent value. Ate there the 2 evening we were in Glasgow will return next time we are in Glasgow.
Lovely tasty food. Quick service. Pre-theatre menu is very good value for money with a good choice on all 3 courses. Enjoyed our meal and will be back.
Staff were lovely, we booked at a busy time however staff were friendly and attentive. Food was lovely and excellent value. Great atmosphere, will be back again.
We had a great dining experience good value for money - staff very good. and the wine was also good value I would recommend Amalfi.
I love this place and go there quite regularly with a friend. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home right away, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is always beautifully cooked and piping hot and always to the same high standard. Though the place is quite small its very comfortable and always spotless. This place is a great find for any occasion.
Food lovely and the staff are very friendly. Value for money and portion sizes are good. Been back here a lot of times for different things and everyone I have taken has really enjoyed it.
Ease of booking, city centre location, excellent choice of food on the menu, great friendly staff and a very pleasant atmosphere within the premises. Would love to go back!!!!
Enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Friend & I forgot our glasses but the waiter was very helpful. Ideal location.
Unfortunately I believed the 'excellent' reviews and ordered the minestrone soup - I would describe it as hot water with vegetables - tasteless!! Everything else ordered by our party was perfect. Staff were very accommodating especially when we were there on the hottest day in Scotland for 20 years!
Great service, lovely food, wide spread choice and amazing value especially using the lunch menu! Table of 6 all served promptly and staff very attentive, would definitely go back.
Lovely meal and great staff and a decent price for a city centre restaurant, will not hesitate to use Amalfi again when in Glasgow. Enjoyed the whole experience.
Friendly atmosphere staff very attentive food good. As it was just after lunch time restaurant was not too busy and it was good to be able to sit enjoy the food and company without feeling pressured not to linger. The two waitresses were on the ball all the time and very friendly. Nice place will defo be going back
Staff and food excellent as always. Very attentive and well aware that we were visiting the theatre afterwards. Great value for money in an excellent location
Excellent service - very quick and thorough. Great menu choices and high quality of food. I am very much looking forward to my next visit.
From our arrival to departure it was a lovely experience - very welcoming and friendly, backed up by lovely meals chosen from a menu to suit all tastes, with guidance towards good choices both in food and wine by the restaurant staff.
Nice restaurant, good food, nice staff. Fair prices. Lovely time. Highly recommend this place. Convenient location to the downtown so after dinner you can walk around. Very nice place.
Been here quite a few times now, portion size is great. The penne carbonara off lunch menu is amazing and it has nice friendly staff.
Top class food served by very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. I would very much recommend this restaurant . Top marks to all staff who made this a memorable experience
Lovely food and very friendly service. We were in a hurry and all the staff were good natured and bent over backwards to help us.
Very good service and good food. Would recommend the Chicken Milanese. Had a very nice evening and chose the pre theatre menu which was good value for money.
Food is full of flavour really enjoyed my meal as did my wife. Excellent friendly service and reasonably priced. Will definetly return in the future.
The staff provide an excellent and friendly service and the food is good. It is very handy for Glasgow Concert Hall too. I'll be visiting again.
Excellent service and superb food at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend a visit to this city centre restaurant diamond. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Glasgow.
Service was very pleasant but a bit slow - granted it was busy but it took almost 45 minutes to get our first course. The food I had was OK but bland-tasting. The red wine (Cab Sauv) was excellent.
Meals was lovely especially starter of mussels. I had rissoto for main meal off the pre-theatre meal menu which had a good selection of choice at very reasonable price. Service was very good. Would recommend
Amalfi restaurant I went to this restaurant with a friend as she recommended it ,and I loved it,the food was excellent 2 course £12.95 . Also the staff are efficient and helpful and I was impressed when the waitress didn't even write down what we were having and got everything right ,and all dishes went to the right people.also to get a bottle of Merlot for £14. Is great in my book ,and they have a good selection of food and wine . Anyway I went back to this restaurant on Sunday night 11th February and again we were not disappointed would recommend this place as must try .
it was lovely had an efficient friendly service and excellent food. We were in a hurry for the concert but would have happily stayed for longer. We will be back
Varied choice and good value on pre theatre menu in this small homely he mussels were excellent and risotto perfectly cooked. Friendly and efficient service.
Great food as always from a very varied menu - even for a Pre-Theatre deal. Friendly, chatty staff who are always smiling. We love coming here before the theatre or cinema.
It’s small but the seating is well set out. The service was good & the food excellent & good value. The only detraction was the pervading smell of cooking oil in the air. Perhaps they need to improve their air extraction system.
Excellent service, and the food was delicious. Lasagna was yum. Food prices reasonable for city. Red wine could have been better quality. Would definitely return.
First time I've been to this restaurant and I must admit the food was excellent the staff were very friendly and the price was good definitely going to go back
Great service at Amalfi - the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was great too. Overall, we had a lovely meal and dining experience.
Lovely lunch at Amalfi. Some ate from set menu and others a la carte. Was all tasty and good value. Great friendly service too. Pleasantly surprised by the bill too!
The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. They even gave my daughter a huge piece of chocolate cake with candles for her birthday. Really easy to get to, good food at a good price
Staff friendly and helpful.. Fully comprehensive menu so you should find something you like. Very convenient if you are visiting Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Decor rather tired.
