Fantastic meal and service as always. Delicious food and excellent value for money.

We both had a long day and felt that we did not receive much in the way of customer service. Waited a long time to order drinks, other tables were priority over us. We were not advised on specials, asked how our meals were. It seems that the two staff who were present may require further training. The food was good but the poor service took the shine off the experience. Very disappointing and would not book again.

Amazing food and very reasonably priced. Good choice of drinks available, especially if you like whisky, rows and rows of the stuff. Great staff too. Will defo be back!!

Wont be back, I asked for a medim fillet steak and got a very rare 1, more rare than my sons rare t-bone. Chips were horrible, my 9yr old granddaughter couldn't eat her burger she said it tasted funny and she was right..I told the waitress and all she said was you should have told me....omg I am telling you. £136 no discount as an apology and no apology from anyone.....never again

Attentive staff and nice food. Wish standard chips were on offer rather than wedges. Apart from that, had an enjoyable visit.

Been to Artisan a few times and the food has always been lovely. It was a different story last night. Starter (Duet of Black Pudding & Haggis) was a bit greasy, hidden under the peppercorn sauce, the steaks were tough, we said to the waitress about the steaks and we were advised she would let him know. I was very disappointed in food. My work colleague who was visiting from England. I had said he would love the food, but this was not the case, he was however impressed by the amount of whiskey in the restaurant. I would honestly think twice about going back.

Fantastic food!! And portion sizes are huge!!!! Amazing value for money and the staff cannot do enough for you despite being very busy and having a quick table turnaround. Cannot fault a thing. Great night , definately be back.
