It was not clear when ordering my food that rice or greens were extra. But the waitress was lovely and the atmosphere is nice. Would recommend

Lovely food! My only one complaint is that I don't like having plates being taken away while a member of the party is still eating.

Atmosphere was lovely. Service was a little slow and uncoordinated. Food was hit and miss - loved the chicken wings. Not sure about the pancakes.

Excellent food and service. A small but wide ranging menu which catered well for two vegetarians in group. Waitresses attentive but not intrusive. Definitely come back soon :)

Fairly small informal restaurant with friendly and fast service. Food was delicious and fresh. Lots of small plates as well as mains. Great buzzy atmosphere on a Thursday evening.

Great food, good service. Small and concise menu that keeps you coming back. Chicken wings and pancakes are fantastic. Would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner.

I recently dined at Banh Banh with my 2 girlfriends and we were thoroughly impressed. Menu is concise but everything on there is incredible. The service was also highly commendable, everyone was super friendly and attentive without being too in our faces. Will definitely be coming back!

Great food and friendly staff. Particularly liked the pancakes. The restaurant operates a fairly strict 1.5 hour table return policy which may be tight for some occasions - we had only just about enough time to have our food.

Very tasty food, especially the aubergine starter which is really deluscious. The only thing letting it down was the portions were a little on the small side.

Food is pretty average. Overpriced. No finger bowls to wash sticky fingers. Good service though. Cafe East in Surrey Quays is way better for Vietnamese food.

I love this place! The food is always delicious and the staff are lovely. The papaya salad is my all time favourite, and the viet creme caramel was the perfect ending!

I love this place! It is reasonably priced, has great staff, and the food there is great. I particularly love the tiger prawn spring rolls.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Banh Banh.The staff were brilliant - really helpful with recommendations and the amount of food to order. Our dishes were unusual and absolutely delicious.

Had a great meal, love the atmosphere. Food and service marvellous. My only tiny complaint - we were on a very small table in the entrance and squashed up against the bar. I needed to move a few times to let people in or out. Maybe that table should be moved slightly? Apart from that, excellent. Will be going back for more.

Banh Banh is just awesome. The best restaurant in my area with some pretty stiff competition. A family run restaurant turning out utterly delicious and authentic flavours. I'm sure when I eat the barbecued aubergine I hear angels singing :).

Really attentive and great staff. The cocktail menu is vast and the old fashioned is excellent. The food is really everything you want from a Vietnamese kitchen.

We really enjoyed our meal at Bahn Bahn. Great food, drinks and service, thoroughly recommend. Price was also very reasonable, especially given the quality of the food.

The restaurant was bigger that I expected. We were explained the subtleties of the menu and were served very quickly. The food was good. I went there because I had tickets for a movie. Next time I will just go for the food!

Best chicken wings ever! Beautiful food and great service. My gluten free friend was in heaven and was catered to wonderfully - our bill came to 28 pounds for two people :)
