Bariloche

We came for my mums 60th birthday and we love this restaurant, we've been here a few times before and the steaks are always amazing and we always have a great experience!

Wonderful food, great wine, and friendly staff. They were struggling a bit with the Valentine's Day rush, but still a really lovely evening. Really nice to have live music, too. I really like this restaurant and always get a bit worried if I go past and it's empty, so I really hope that all the people in there last night come back regularly!

Excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere. Staff welcoming and friendly. Not too pricey and well worth a visit. I wil certainly go again next time I am in Battersea.

Fantastic atmosphere, and delicious food and wine abound at Bariloche. The staff are friendly and attentive, and we had a fantastic evening. Oh, and the cheesecake was quite possibly the best I've ever tasted, so there's that to look out for, too! 😄

Not many in on a Wednesday night but the friendly staff helped with selection. Would recommend a visit and the 'four cowboys' menu for two.

Nice food steak was not well done which I ask for but other then that nice service ok nice place to go I will go again

Excellent food, good menu, Argentinian red and white wine both very good. Staff helpful and polite, service unobtrusive. Tap water served with cucumber which was a delicious surprise. Background music loud enough to create atmosphere but not overpowering, so we could actually hear each other speak. A very enjoyable evening

Great atmosphere with good service and food in a nice tucked away location.. Made me feel like being in Amsterdam. I will go again even though travelling from Hove.

A Great meal, with very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Only disappointment was there was no Scottish flag flying outside! However well worth another visit!

Nice atmosphere (live, traditional music during our meal) and above average food, although slightly expensive. Expect to pay extra for sides to accompany your steak.

Delicious and authentic food, very well priced, great service. I have been twice and definitely plan on coming back again. I would highly recommend Bariloche.

Bariloche serves genuine food. We had a grilled chorizo as small snacks with drinks. It is salty but good quality chorizo and cooked perfectly. The sauce it came with was delicious. We had a set menu - calamari and beef carpaccio to start with, and both of them are as good as some Italian restaurant serve - especially beef carpaccio. I am a fan of beef carpaccio and I always order it if on the menu. Lots of times at an Italian restaurant, it is rather disappointing. The carpaccio here is served in the standard way. The straight forward dish was enjoyable. My friend and I shared ramp steak and sirloin steak. Both were slightly more cooked than what we had ordered (we ordered medium rare but they came as medium) but they were still juicy and we could taste the sweetness of the meat. My friend preferred sirloin while I preferred ramp - it depends on your taste. The portion is generous, too. If I am in South West London - Fulham, Chelsea, Battersea, Clapham Junction - it is worth going. Not fancy but food is honest and price is good, too.

A lovely little restaurant tucked away in a surprising location (although knowing London, Battersea High Street is bound to become high end in no time). The food was simply fantastic. The service was great - prompt without being pushy and the staff were friendly and chatty when engaged. Amazing value for money and will definitely be going back.

Having just been to Argentina two weeks ago, where the beef is simply the best, I was very impressed with the quality of the food. Was a friendly, fun place with personality and tasty food. And above all extremely good value.

Went on a Friday night a couple of weeks before Xmas. Very noisy with a couple of office parties - but that's not really the Restaurant's fault, and despite the parties, the service for the smaller tables was still good. Food was delicious - my husband had the calamari, while I had butterflied king prawns. Both perfectly cooked and seasoned. For the main course we shared the Parillada Bariloche - Rump Steak and Sirloin steak were both melt-in-the-mouth, and the grilled peppers and tomatoes and melted cheese were welcome additions to the meat feast. Too stuffed for dessert, but the menu looked good!

It was my husbands birthday which I stated when I reserved the table not expecting it to be remembered his dessert came out alight and a happy birthday singalong which surprised me more than him .eaten there lots of times before never disappointed food ,presentation ,service and ambience great would highly recommend .

Food very tasty and nicely presented. Staff good and helpful. Music good. Just a bit noisy but this was due to a large party behind us.

A great experience everytime we go here. Love the entertainment in on a Saturday night, excellent food and cocktails. Staff were very attentive despite it being very busy.

Excellent authentic food, the Argentina beef is very good and the Malbec red wine was wonderful, The service and attention was most welcoming, certainly is very good value too.

I chose Bariloche because of the great reviews for it online and after eating there I understand why it is so well reviewed. We were running a little late for our reservation so we called ahead and they were very accommodating. Throughout the night staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. It's a little hidden gem of a restaurant, with a lively atmosphere. (If you enjoy live authentic music then Saturday night is perfect, if you were hoping for a more quiet evening then maybe choose another evening.) Most importantly everything we tried was simply delicious. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Was very good but although it was valentines day, was a shame to have a set menu. But the quality at Bariloche is always high so it was still pretty good.

Best steak and wine we've ever had! Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back again! Great atmosphere and staff were very friendly too which made for a perfect night.

As always, Bariloche was excellent. Lovely food, delicious wine and friendly service. On the Saturday near Valentine's it was quite busy, but the staff dealt with that really well. It was great to see it busy, because it is often quite quiet, and the quality of the offer deserves to be enjoyed by a wider audience.

I had a business meeting there. It was midweek so it wasn't that busy. I'd say about 16 covers. The food was excellent and the fillet steak came as ordered - medium. We were provided an out of the way table so that we could talk discreetly. Overall I would happily go back to Bariloche.

Great atmosphere, excellent food, fantastic wine selection! Wonderful for a meal for two or for a gathering of friends! Highly recommended for lunch or dinner and they have great weekend specials!

Delicious steak but it is a shame they have got rid of the set menu that made this restaurant really good value for money. Good wine selection too.

Everything was great apart from curiously the coffee. It seemed impossible to get a flat white even after 3 attempts! Would return but forego the coffee.
