Once again lovely fresh food. Unfortunately there appeared to be confusion over our order which meant a short delay in our food arriving with one meal being lukewarm. Didn’t mention it as it did not have a massive impact on our experience. Will be back soon

Bar Leo is practically on my door step and is my go to favourite local Italian. The service, food and wine selection is always top class catering for all tastes and diets.

Delicious Spaghetti Carbonara, Pizza Quattro Formaggio and Hand Cut Chips.

This was the first time we had tried this restaurant. My fiancé’s nana got us a voucher for here at Christmas time, but due to Covid, we’re we’re unable to use it (we were going to use it on our anniversary - of course which was smack bang in the middle of the pandemic) The voucher had a 6 month validity, but I sent the restaurant an email stating that we had this voucher and they were happy to expand this for another 2 weeks after the date of the email, which was so kind. Upon entering the restaurant, there was a lovely, calm atmosphere, lovely decor and friendly staff. The food was really tasty and authentic and the service was wonderful. Even without the voucher, the meal was so reasonably priced, and I highly recommend this as a place to come visit if you are ever in Linlithgow. Due to covid, I am unsure if places are accepting money, so sadly didn’t tip (I always like to tip when I receive a good service) The only thing I would say is if the restaurant would be able to add a gratuity option to their card machine, this would be a wonderful addition. Zero negative things to say about this wonderful little hidden gem! 10/10 in every aspect of the visit. Thank you!

Food was good, service slightly slow. Wish they would cater for kids though, big heavy glass for a 2 year old to drink out of is a bit silly.
