Great welcome as you come in , very friendly and helpful. Busy yet service was first class. A lovely atmosphere and great food from a very well balanced menu. Loved it.

AMAZING food & service as always! The Thursday deal is always great value for money. We will definitely be returning next time with a bigger group to spread the word on how good it is.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere with friendly professional service at our dining table from a total of 5 staff members. Food excellent quality and decent portion size. However drink prices expensive at £6.80 glass white wine Sauvignon Blanc and £4.20 large draught beer!

Cocktails from the bar with minimum waiting time for table. Good start to the night followed by attentive service by the members of staff with excellent food delivered through the the meal. We will be back.

Really strange sitting with people in dressing gowns that have used the spar. There was no ambiance and the staff were really slow. food crumbs on the floor from when wiping the tables. The food was good on a lighter note

When your food arrives before you've been allocated your table and then the staff try to cover it up ...I'm not impressed! Poor service and experience all round.

The food was lovely and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only downside was being surrounded by people dressed in robes from the spa, it was quite off putting and not fitting to the restaurant.

Lovely food and drinks. Slight problem being sat under an air conditioning unit but the staff were more than happy to help by offering to move us after a table became available

Treated our friends from Australia last Wednesday and returned again last night for my daughters 25th birthday, fantastic food and service, wI'll definitely return again.

Always first class service and first class food. Visited tonight with my daughter for the Tuesday night burger deal, first time she had been and she was blown away.

Excellent food, excellent service, overall excellent experience. Would dine here every night if I could. Couldn't decide on starters they all sounded great, melt in the mouth steak and desserts to die for! :-)

Overall the location is excellent - looking out over Pendle Hill. The staff are attentive and the food is always excellent, try the Tuesday burger night or the Thursday 2 courses for £20 really good value and a variety of food available for all tastes.

This was our first visit to Bertram's. We had been treated to afternoon tea for our 40th wedding anniversary. Excellent choice quality food and a great atmosphere. will defiantly return.

Party of four for a weekday treat. Everyone's food was fantastic, ordered from the Thursday Supper Menu, service excellent. All in all an excellent dining experience with amazing views.

The food was amazing and the table position was spot on, but we did have an initial wait for our wine after we had ordered it.

This was my 3rd time visiting Bertram's this year and as usual it excelled in all areas, food, drinks and service. The changing of the menus is always good, as there's something new to try each time!

Lovely setting, great food and drink served by very friendly staff. Looking forward to our next experience and to try other things on the very tempting menu.

The service needs improving. I ordered duck, which was very dry and fatty - not good. The terrace bar was very nice but lacked a bit of atmosphere.

Lovely meal and very friendly staff, the only thing which I think could be improved is, when we arrived we were seated at a table and asked if we would like any water, we were never asked if we would like a drink from the bar, after waiting a further 5 minutes we had to ask if we could have a drink. I personally think that if you are being seated straight away and not getting a chance to go to the bar then the waiter/waitress should ask if you require a drink from the bar. Other than that the meal was gorgeous.

Loved it at Bertram's. Great service, good food and lovely cocktails in the bar after. Would recommend to anyone it was a fab night for my birthday with the girls!

Very good. We had difficulty getting there for time booked due to unexpected family problems. They were very understanding and keen to accomodate us. What started out a bad night for us ended up being very good. The meal and the service was xcellent.

Lovely location, food very good. Chose special the offer on the Tuesday menu and will definitely be returning back here. Well worth a visit. Burnleys hidden gem.
