Unfortunately the broccoli was under cooked. Not just al danta and some of the roast potatoes were the same. Can’t fault the staff they are always on the ball , polite and professional .

Quickly shown to our table and service was quick. Food is your average bar food. Prices are also average. But it is NOISY. The whole place echoes so it is really loud and i struggled to hear what the person seated opposite me was saying. Wont come again as it is too noisy for a meal.

Fantastic service, great food and vibrant atmosphere, really enjoyed it. Definitely returning next time we're back in Eastbourne...

Excellent food, tasty local beers & lively atmosphere. Quite noisy for chatting, so didn’t need the background music as well.

As always, food is consistently excellent, plentiful portions, very well cooked; and huge variety, including excellent selection for gluten free diets. You pay a little more than some other local Pubs, but when the food is excellent and service delightful, it’s worth every penny

We arrived earlier than planned due to finishing our walk to Birling Gap a little earlier, the waitress advised that they were about to have a BIG group in for food so we were told that we would need to order quickly so we wouldn’t have to wait a long time for food - This was very much appreciated. All of the staff were absolutely incredible, we had our frenchie with us and they brought out treats for him and water for us after we said about our long walk. Food came quickly and was delicious, also had desserts which was also amazing. Honestly, can’t fault the place it was great, thank you x

The food was very good and generous portions. 2 of our party had the roast dinner and both enjoyed it!! The staff were wonderful - friendly and engaged in some conversation. Often the service is more important than the food, but both were above expectations.

Sunday roast, staff and service were all amazing, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

First time of eating here and it certainly won't be the last. Quite honestly I can't fault anything, there was pleanty of choices on the menu, the service was spot on, and the food was plentiful, and very well cooked and presented from the obviously caring kitchen staff. Can't wait to return and try some of the other dishes that we saw coming out of the kitchen

Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. All four dishes were well cooked and presented and very tasty and you can’t beat a good pint of Harvey’s!

Great service and great meal. I had vegetarian special - Halloumi veg. skewers, Falafel & Pitta Bread. Credit to the chef and definitely think it should go on main menu!
