Bock Bière Café

Awesome little restaurant with huge character. Food was gorgeous, would recommend any of the fondues. Staff we're very plesant and quick. Definitely going to return for a second visit.

Fantastic beer, food and service on a busy Saturday evening. We were unsure about portion sizes but our waiter gave us great advice and we were really pleased nitro have over ordered.

Food took a bit of time to come, but the food we tried was very good and good sizes as well. Would definitely go back and try more.

Top quality food and beer with service too match. Highly recommend visiting this cosy establishment. The beer menu is extensive and worth a read alone.

Really nice place. Good was yummy but the restaurant was a bit small. Chocolate fondue was not very thick a little watery which made it seem quite pricey for what it was. Overall lovely time though and the staff are so nice!

lovely selection of beers, and a nice selections of food - not very suitable for vegetarians as there was only a couple of options at the time! especially after 5PM when the day menu has finished. but overall, a good experience!

Food was lovely. Drinks were great and staff very nice friendly down to earth guys. Enjoyed the experience and will definatley be returning to have the sunday roast fondue again. Total bill was £40 for 2 which was a good price considering we had a couple of drinks and a dessert aswell as the roast dinner fondue. Would definately reccommend.

I thought it was going to be a gimmick but that was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! The gravy was world class

Great place, great service, the Sunday Roast fondue is a brilliant idea and tasted delicious, I would like my roast potatoes crisper & my veg a little more dip friendly but Yorkshire pudding waffles are an innovation!

We wanted to try the fondue roast dinner for a long time, and it has definitely met the expectations. The food was amazing, the restaurant is very cozy and the staff is the best. Definitely coming back.

Had to leave and rebook as they were only doing roast dinner menu on Monday all day. This should probably be stated on the menu as it was not clear until we went. However the roast dinner fondue is great as I’ve had it before, just not what I want on my Work lunch break!

Wow three months wait for this amazing restaurant for the Roast dinner fondue. The food and service was incredible! I will 100% recommend? I will be back for sure.

Food was ok however, service was excellent attentive and friendly without being too familiar. Bitterbollen (excuse spelling) was very tasty and well worth ordering. The two sharing boards were not well presented and more thought on contents and presentation.

Great beer, atmosphere & service. Would recommend. Foods nice but choice a bit limited, disappointed the croques were unavailable after 5pm, but no big deal.

Great place for after work drinks, catchup chats and Beer studying. Welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by a extensive array of Beers and such wonderful lovely staff. not to mention that food ! #MoulesAndFrites

Food was fantastic but we waited for 20 minutes for our drinks so I had to go to the bar to re-order them. I was told that the waiter who had taken the orders handwriting was illegible so the barman didn't realise there were drinks on the order! I gave the barman my full order again to be sure we'd get what we wanted which was a little alarming. It was very busy so the food was very slow coming out (50 minutes from ordering), we were told about this and the staff were very attentive after I pulled them about the drinks so that wasn't really too big an issue for us. I would go back but I do hope they look at their kitchen wait times (we only had bread and oils, calamari and shared a moules frites) and possibly train staff better on order taking and customer service as we saw a lot of people trying to get attention from waiters even though our service was good. Overall not a bad experience but wouldn't go back on a weekend or specials night.

Excellent atmosphere, friendly helpful staff, affordable menu. The Sunday dinner fondue and red wine we chose we incredible! The meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection. Good fun, a nice Sunday dinner with some character! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Saw a Facebook vlog about their Roast Beef Fondue, had to try it! It's as good as I imagined it to be! It is now a new favourite restaurant, and the service was excellent too!

The food was unreal the service was great, pricing was very reasonable and the portion sizes were big, would recommend and definitely will be returning

Our experience of Bock Biere Cafe was a really good one. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the food was fantastic and it was something different/fun. The drinks options were great and I really loved my beer flight. The only downside was that our table was a bit too small for the number of people (we could barely fit the food on and one person had to have a bread basket on their lap). Other than this though, I can say that I have already highly recommended Bock Biere Cafe to some friends whilst at my son's football match on Saturday morning and again to some other friends whilst at my daughters dance class on Saturday afternoon. I will be back soon with my husband! :-) NB. I've marked "noise" below as average but, this is a good thing as I wouldn't want it to be "mute". If "perfect" was I option, I would have chosen that and so the rating would obviously be much higher.

Excellent food and service. Great choice of Belgian beers and German lagers, amongst other things. Good selection of lunchtime snacks. The steak baguette with gravy is divine.

Great staff and brilliant food at reasonable prices - highly recommended and looking forward to going back!! The meat platter was immense!!! Need more cheese next time
