Bombay Quay

Lovely setting..well lit, spacious and a nice atmosphere. The table we booked was perfect. Staff very attentive. Menu had an array of different meals to cater for all tastes, and was reasonably priced. Food was well presented and tasted delicious. The only negative and the reason I am not awarding them full marks was that I was overcharged on the bill. Although this was soon rectified I discovered I had been charged drinks from the previous customer sat at that table...! I would definitively return to The Bombay Quay to discover more on their menu.

first time in the Bombay quays food was superb chef must be a cricket fan as the onion bhajis were the size of cricket balls.the service was excellent.in fact we have booked for new years eve,but will be back before then ifeel.

Restaurant has a great atmosphere, staff were lovely and friendly and food was delicious! Only downside was our main course curries weren't quite warm enough 😞 Wasn't until we were leaving that we saw 'food warmers' in the middle of some of the tables - could have done with one of them 😜 We will be back!

Went there for our wedding anniversary and had a lovely evening out. Delicious food, friendly staff, great service & lovely setting. Would highly recommend it!

Liked it very nice. Nice views. Had poppadom starter, chana starter, Bengal Chum Chum and Chana Pellau Rice. Unable to eat all of it. will go again

The staff were fantastic, very friendly polite and helpful. The Chicken Korma was delicious. The vegetable dishes were spicey. We had a lovely river view.

Excellent service and food but they don't know how to make a hot chocolate. It was just like hot milk with a slight chocolate colouring. Very disappointing

The food was Amazing and was also good sized. The staff couldn't do enough for you and ensured you were comfortable before being the next course. I can't wait to go back

One word sums the whole Bombay Quay 'experience' up. Stunning! Without doubt the best Indian meal I've ever eaten. Beautiful surroundings. Attentive service (without being overbearing). Great value for money (£40 for 2 with a bottle of wine). Can't wait till our next visit, (if we're lucky enough to get a table!!)

The food and service were very good. I would have given a 6 if you had put the air con on the room was too hot.

Ordered a beer, waited for ages and then 2 came. Ordered a fish dish which was 4 chilli's. First one hardly had any fish in, more potato, so returned. Second one was extremely bland with no taste, so was returned again. Asked for the dish to be removed from the bill. Also restaurant seemed very cramp, will not be going back.

Great food and plenty of it. Really efficient and friendly staff, you were never waiting long for anything. Nice atmosphere as well. Let's hope it stays that way.

Definitely worth booking a table as it got really busy couldn't see an empty table! The food was great and prices are reasonable! Lots of parking avaiable too.

It was a really busy Saturday evening. We had booked a table for 8.15 pm but didn't get seated until 8.45pm. However, the staff were really apologetic and the service and lovely food made up for the wait. The atmosphere was great and we would definitely return. Maybe they just need to sort the timings between tables.

It's a pleasure to be serviced with smiley faces food pretty good as well , it's my third visit and it's to be recommended if you are nervous of having "hot" food just ask waiters and they will guide you through

Excellent friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. It was a birthday celebration and they went the extra mile to ensure we had a good time. All that combined with fabulous food = great night out!

Bombay Quay is newly opened and very popular we caught it probably at its busiest time on a Saturday evening and although we had booked a table we did have a little wait. We didn't mind although we felt that the immediate welcome from the male waiters was a bit cold. Once we were at our table though the service was excellent and the food delicious. A plus was that we were asked after we had our starter if we wanted to wait for our main or have it quickly, as we like to have a break and often have to ask ourselves this was really good. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

This is what Northwich has been missing a first class Restaurant. Fantastic location and a fab place! The food and service was 110% and at a great price. We will definitely be back soon.

Lovely riverside location. Lovely food although we only tried the lunchtime special. At £6.95 this was excellent value. Would like to try it in the evening.

Another nice meal. The restaurant was less crowded than previously but it is large and most tables were taken. Service better than last time. Lamb not soft enough in the curry, but only a minor issue; food is very tasty and comes piping hot, and poppadoms are always fresh.

This was a lovely find - and a long over due addition to the area. Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and a overall lovely experience. Well priced too!

Generally a good experience, but service was a bit slow. Initial booking for 8 people, but rang a couple of days in advance to increase to 10, but this phone message was not recorded so when we arrived, they still expected 8.

Service and staff both first class. The menu is large and has all the popular dishes available. The situation of the restaurant could be any better.

The service was great and the food fabulous. The chicken shashlik (sizzling) was divine and will most definitely be ordering it again. We all agreed it was the tastiest Indian food we had experienced in a while.

We booked a table for four on 16th September 2017 - the food was good; service was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was busy but there was always someone nearby to take a drinks order. Really good night out.
