Very nasty, aggressive and unprofessional female bouncer! Please stay away from her if you want a nice evening!

We had a booking for 8.30 and arrived on time, had to wait outside for 20 minutes until we were eventually seated. We were then ignored by staff for another 10 minutes before finally being given drinks menus. Decided by this point we were going to just have one drink then leave, asked for the bill after finishing our drinks, another long wait. When we did eventually get our bill it was wrong (£61.80?) Eventually settled our £14.50 tab and left. Won’t be heading back on a Saturday night in a hurry. Clearly not enough experienced staff to deal with peak trade, many looked like rabbits in the headlights - and need to learn to smile.

Great place to eat and drink and socialise staff work very hard indeed..

Great service and the staff were very helpful. Loved that they text me to check my booking and when it was incorrect sorted this very quickly for me which allowed me and my friends to enjoy some cocktails with our dinner.

Always a pleasure in Boteco. Staff are excellent, one of my favourite pubs in Glasgow.

False information on websites about the deals on the cocktails, and they cocktails where very weak at best, staff was very good apart from that, would not recommend this place

Great food great service and advice from the waitress but it was very cold my girlfriend had to ask me for my jacket because the doors where opened at the from so it was very cold.

Food was great , staff were really friendly and the cocktails are to die for .

The food was amazing, mainly the feijoada, but the lady from the bar was so rude with us! Disappointed with the service, I was waiting for more friendly people. Com certeza não eram brasileiros hahaha

Not happy at all. Told it would be 10pound for 2 course then when bill came it was 17pound each. Thats an extra 21pound for the 3 of us. Staff were totaly unhelful with this and we wer told we had to pay in full. They also dont have a price on the set 2 course deal which is on the table

Husband told me he was working on Sunday so it was the perfect opportunity to cheat on him, with the night starting here. Yeah the food was decent...but that wasn’t my main objective of the night if u know what I mean. What can I say, I’m a little skanky that way. But thumbs up to boteco, I’m taking my husband to Boteco on the 10th March...yeah I’m sick in the head.

food was not to my liking .dessert just tasted of sugar.due to covid-19 front entrance doors kept open which let in cigarette smoke enter the restaurant from the selfish smokers sitting outside
