This was an early Father’s Day meal. The staff were welcoming professional and knowledgeable about both the drinks and meal menu. The considering the quality of the food the price was very reasonable

Found a long grey hair in my salad so wont return again ever, made me feel sick all day. I have not been for a long time and thought to give it a try again. Used to be so packed on a sunday but this time it was empty. Something clearly changed and not for the better.... shame though.

The barman were unable to make a vodka martini, so a pub rather than a restaurant bar. The whole place was tired and plain. Service was attentive and pleasant. Food was good but the whole experience was spoilt by the drabness if the room.

Really good ! The food gets better & better here. We were a party of 3 & all have different dishes. I had the scallop & prawn special it was very well presented & tasted lovely. We also had the Brie which was a huge portion & nachos Main course ranged from lamb to fish all very tasty.

Impromptu visit with the kids for an early Friday evening teatime. Booked easily on Quandoo via google and no dramas on arrival. Service was swift and friendly, the kids were welcomed and we were able to place a quick order for a starter to keep them happy. Main meals were great, decent sized portions & very tasty. Will definitely go back. Beer choices are noteworthy, some great choices!

Except for the chips which were dry and tasteless the food was good. great service, nice people, relaxed atmosphere. Noise level high. we will eat here again.

Bad food; forgetful service. I’ve written great reviews about this place before so I’m hoping the latest experience was a blip not a trend, though the signs are there for the latter unfortunately. The food was over-cooked, bland and dry (even somehow the chips were dry and tasteless). The waitress forgot our starter and the portions were tiny. All that for a rather hefty and overpriced £££ bill. I still love the Belgian beers but a 300% markup is taking the mick somewhat.

Food, service, atmosphere all awesome. Noticed the staff greeting people they knew (regulars) that’s when you now it’s a good place. Will be back

Excellent food. Moules are a firm favourite and the Belgian beers are amazing.

The menu had very little choice unless you like mussels, the desserts have shrunk to scarcely a mouthful yet still charging the same price as before.The waitress did not write down some of the orders properly and they had the cheek to charge for service which wasn't that good without asking.

We went for Sunday dinner on mothers day and they had run out of Sunday roast by 4.30. limited apology. Exceptionally disappointed

We really liked the risotto sand the burgers, coffee was superb as well, we will definitely come back!
