Buddha-Bar London

Great ambiance and service. Food was delicious and well presented. Waiters rushed around near their station where we were seated but we didn't feel rushed. We did come a bit earlier and expect to be seated at the bar until the table time booked, however on arrival we were ushered straight to our dinner table. We didn't mind this as my husband and I were both hungry by this time, though we didn't get a chance to check out the bar, or we may have awarded 6 in this review. We prefer to have a few drinks before the meal rather than afterwards. Overall a great dining experience!

Great food and service. Went for afternoon tea...the only downside is the small portions - we were finished within 40 mins. However what we ate I cannot fault. I would definitely go again and try other dishes from the main menu.

Lovely setting, attentive service, great food, just a bit expensive. We were also given a free champagne cocktail for posting a photo on Facebook, cheers!

The Music that Night was not very good. We came to hear the normal Buddha Music not arabic Music.. The food and service was very good. 😊

Very poor restaurant waited over 50 minutes for main course and when it came out it was cold. Service slow and poor. Overpriced for food

Amazing food. Stunning restaurant. Service was impeccable. No complaints at all. They also do lovely cocktails and the meal was very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back to Buddha bar

I really did not enjoy the whole experience at all. The wine was awful (first bottle we chose was warm, not what you expect from a very expensive white wine). The food was average, the music was far too loud & the service was just about OK. Would not recommend this bar to anyone.

That atmosphere was great. The service was good. The food was OK. I expected food better considering the prices. I've had better Pad Thai for a fraction of the cost. The tuna tartare was more like an over priced spoonful, not a meal but delicious.

Good food and friendly staff but there wasn't enough staff on the night which slowed down our table service. Great ambience and good venue for a slick finish.

What a mouth-watering experience. Unbelievable sushi, great atmosphere and friendly and helpful staff. The meal was on the pricey side but no surprises. Celebrating a birthday and the night was perfect.

Staff did not listen to instructions, e.g brought bottled water when explicitly asked for tap water (awkward to complain with guests), forgot which menu we wanted.

Thanks for everything the place is lovely. A bit too expensive for the quality of food. Rather disappointing. The decor is lovely but that's just about it.

The food was absolutely amazing and was served by amazing staff that catered to our every need. The restaurant in itself was stunning and I'll definitely be returning in the near future.

I was really looking forward to this and whilst some of our experience was made pleasant by 2 male waiters I would never go back. On four occasions waitresses removed what they deemed as empty plates without asking. When asked to put the plate back on the table we were met with a cold stare. It was my sons 20th birthday and this was only acknowledged by our male waiter at the start. The waitress with glasses seemed extremely off. As did three others. The rice was over cooked and we did not feel comfortable saying anything due to the general manner of the waiting staff. We did have a lovely male waiter to start with but we didn't see him after the mains were served. I will never go back to this place again as we didn't feel welcome, it was rushed and some waiters need training as they are rude!

Very good as usual ,, food , music, atmosphere,,service, stuff,, drinks ,, every things were nice ,, we enjoy it ,, and it is my faveriat place ,, every time I vist London I have to visit Buddah bar

Food was excellent, decor was beautiful, service was fast and staff were polite. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and to top it off an amazing bartender for drinks afterwards!

Great service from entertain each to leaving. Was given nice birthday dessert as well. Only downfall is the place is so loud would be better to separate people using bar and people eating

great food and lovely atmosphere upstairs and the service from the personal was great! If I should give some sort of complain it is that its much better atmosphere upstairs than downstairs, maybe you can do more downstairs :) other wise perfekt

Understaffed, got food before drinks, no one asked if we wanted to hang in our coats ending with one staff spilling a load of soy sauce over one of our jackets, and walked away without telling us! Can not be compared with the Paris Buddah Bar. Nice food though.

Very disappointing. Over priced and not very good food. Disappointingly unauthentic atmosphere too. Won't be going back. Crispy duck that wasn't crispy and served like big wedges of meat. Shame really!

We had a great time. My booking was last minute because my friend was visiting from New York. He is a foodie who also loves a great ambience and that is exactly what we got. Great customer service too. He returns to NY on Monday but I will definately eat there again.

There were 5 of us in our group, the food was good but insufficient in quantity, the staff and service were very poor, I would not recommend the Buddha Bar.

Hada great meal here. Really helpful staff. As newbies to sushi, our waitress helped us choose the most delicious food. My only criticism is that the tables for two are too close together.

Buddah bar is really nice. Everything was great, the atmosphere, the music, the staff. I sat in downstairs in the restaurant, the food was delicious and amazing cocktails. I would definitely go again and maybe sit in the bar.. The bar looks really nice. Place very elegant but dress code is smart casual.

Fab, as always! Food great, service great, music & ambience...yes you guessed it: great! I recommend the Buddha Bar as a wonderful night out whichever city you happen to find yourself in and London didn't disappoint.

The astronomical prices for the mediocre food were not justified. I was at buddha bar dubai before where thr prices were absolutely justified. But this? I will not visit this restaurant again.

Second visit. Food and service at an expected standard but drink prices ridiculously over priced. To the point of feeling ripped off! Due to this I will not be returning.

Great food ambience and staff. The waiter was hard working and courteous. Food taste excellent. I like the interior design and Buddha theme. I'll be back for sure.

We had a mixed experience at Buddha Bar. The service was excellent and we enjoyed the music. Our table was in a room to the side which was plain and felt detached from the main dining area meaning we felt we were a bit removed and unable to fully appreciate the atmosphere. The food was very over priced for what is what. We eat a lot of Thai, Chinese and Indian food and whist it was nice for the money it should have been exceptional. we have paid less than half for much better meals. The Pad Thai particularly was bland and lacking in taste. When I pay fine dining prices I have high expectations and expect a meal to remember.
