Food was great, ordered a huge lobster as well as a delightful lobster roll. The chips and salad were both great sides.

It was a pleasant experience overall. Food was fresh and delicious. Service needs to be a bit quicker tho! Waited for drinks longer than expected.

We went as a surprise birthday gathering for my friend. We all through enjoyed it the venue was fantastic food was great and came really quickly.

The food are amazing! The lobsters were fresh and tasty. The size of dishes were sufficiently large. Staffs were nice and funny. Overall a great dining idea!

Welcome was not very, once ordered all was ok but in general staff not very friendly for a fairly expensive lunch !! Good very good!! Atmosphere good !

Service was attentive and accommodated all my requests. Menu has changed so no lobster curry with Jasmine rice. My partner was looking forward to it.

Even though the restaurant was only half full it was very noisy. Probably because it's an old banking hall. Service wasn't always fast. But food was GREAT!

slow service. half cold fries and coffee. worst thing - half way through the coffee staff sat down across the room eating their wasabi take-out food in the restaurant. certainly not coming back.

Good venue the staff were great and the lobster sensational. We ordered a combo so by the time we got to the burger it was chilly and not that interesting but a lovely evening overall

The food was amazing but the service wasn't good at all. The waiter left before taking everyone s drink order. He also seemed like he was in a bad mood. We would have thought the service would have been better also as we came for a birthday, but we wasn't made to feel special at all. Its a real shame as the food was amazing.

Great service, our waitress was lovley & very helpful couldn't do any more even if we asked. Lovely decor and clean to a very high standard. 100% Looking forward to returning.

The food was great, the service, less so. Our server was very nice, but left us alone for long stretches. For example, she dropped off dessert menus, but then never checked back in (even though we did want dessert). By the time she finally came back around, we just wanted to get the check and leave.

Food was ok - Staff were awful!!! They spent most of their time talking, laughing and hugging amongst themselves. We had to ask to order, ask for more drinks, ask for our plates to be taken away and ask for dessert menus. Plus it wasn't even that busy!!!! Definately will stick to the Bread Street venue - never had a bad experience there.

Quite pricey for what it is. Service is good and attentive. Tasty decoration and interior. Good variety of choices both for food and wine .

Good location, nice decoration, friendly staff and GREAT food! Highly recommended! We tried the combo, lobster original and lobster roll. All good and high quality.

A whole lobster with nice side salad and delicious fries for only £27 is the main attraction of Burger&Lobster. This particular location (Threadneedle Street) has the additional attraction of being stunning architecturally, presumably a former bank or hotel lobby or something, just gorgeous. Service was very fast and friendly.

We were a bit disappointed this visit. My family and I love Burger and Lobster and have visited the majority of their restaurants but we agreed that the quality of the food was average this time and they gave less food than usual. I will definitely go back but maybe not this branch.

Food was good but had to chase on service as the extras ordered including further drinks and sides were not brought with our food i.e 10 mins after food arrived.

Great food and great service. Loved the whole experience. Waiters were quick, attentive and the food was great. Not too expensive. Oysters are a must!!!

The food were very good. But the waitress that attended us not has been very collaborative whe we were ordering the food. My level of English is intermediate and the waitress didn't help us nothing to understand the menu. She was speaking very fast and dont' give us more explanations. This restaurant is not very comfortable for foreigners customers.

Food came before any drinks really quickly. Bill did not arrive we had to nearly walk out before we paid. Drinks nice. Food good as always. Shame on service

We booked last minute and the team were really welcoming to us. We had our own space and attentive servers. The food was as we expect and all pates were cleared. Good food, great staff.

My party was seated and served really quickly, and we were not disturbed or made to feel like we had to leave even as we were there two hours after finishing our food. I’m also happy that the menu has expanded since my last visit to B&L.

Great service, great food. Just they got our drink order wrong and they didn't have the wine we have. Really pleased with the experience! The lobster, rolls and burgers were excellent. The place is quite unique. Totally recommended.

Food is what it says but is overpriced. Certainly better value burgers around. Overall ok and was a novelty when it first opened but better value elsewhere
