Great food in a nice environment at reasonable value. Always consistent so I keep returning.

Excellent service and very good food! Had burger and lobster combo and it was the best lunch in London. The lobster tasted so fresh! Totally recommended. Hope they will open an outlet in Singapore soon

Food portion were small for the price of a meal and fresh juice on the menu I was told is from a bottle rather than freshly squeezed

Good food but slightly pricey ends. Burger could slightly improve as lettuce in burger looked old. I hope the standard won't slip as it is sitting at marginal standard for pricey dining category.

Consistently good lobster and chips, menu has expanded but the quality has not suffered. The Leadenhall Street branch have the most helpful and cheer staff.

Been many times before and each time is always as good as the last. Fantastic food, cocktails and service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Will definitely be coming back

Great simple evening. Two lobsters :-) Fast and efficient if a little impersonal service. Great food though. Venue was clean and attractive. Would recommend the chain, and this is my favourite B&L in London.

Great service and lovely food....definitely recommend the burger and lobster combo. It's just the right amount for a main. Threadneedle street venue is beautiful too.

The service was good, staffs where friendly and the atmosphere was superb, better than all the other burger and lobsters i’ve Been. I will definitely be go back with mom and sister.

The service and staff were good but the burgers were very over cooked, even though we had asked for the burger to be medium rare.

Good food really really nice love it alot good service lobster burger oysters cocktails were all very good and service wasnt to shabby atall .

All in all, very very good ! Just too expensive for the drinks, but it is allright. This one was very Nice to be in

The menu is slightly more complicated then Burger or Lobster, a bit disappointing. Food is good, service is standard and it's quite expensive. But there are not many places you can get lobster in the City.

Extremely pricey, food acceptable but by no means brilliant especially given the price. Service perfunctory for the most part and charged at 12.5% - of course many diners will be put off asking to have an automatic service charge removed. Will be returning to their rival Steak & Lobster instead next time!

The food was lovely and so was the atmosphere! More on the pricey side for a quick work lunch. I will certainly visit again. :)

I was surprised at how big and fancy looking the restaurant was. Beautiful decor and it is in a very nice location. The food was delicious and worth the price! Service impeccable.

Hard to fault. Sometimes the service is a touch slow when busy. But the food is excellent. The fact that you cn have your burger rare indicates the meat is fresh and not from frozen. Very nice once again.

Menu not as good and more expensive than it used to be, also I think the Lobster meat used to be more flavoursome. Otherwise generally good.

Good food & nice venue, however, the price of the food was very expensive for what it was. The service was great and I would go again

Great service, atmosphere and cocktails. However I asked for my burger cooked medium and it was well done verging on burnt. It’s a shame as it is a nice place.

Excellent staff and service it was my son’s 18th Birthday and they were attentive and friendly ensuring we all had a great time. Would certainly recommend for great buzzy atmosphere and good food.

Consistently good lobster. Had cheesecake for dessert which was nice, although I think I prefer the original desserts in individual pots that were available when Burger & Lobster first opened. That said, I still love it!

Food was asyou would expect, but the restaurant is too big and lacking any atmosphere unfortunately. The staff were very friendly and service was good

I love the atmosphere and customer service of this place. They have changed the menu a little since the last time I went, but it is certainly for the better. The lobster is out of this world, and the setting is gorgeous.

Food was great. We loved the oysters and Lobster. Very fresh and flavoursome and the quantity was good as well. Impressive service. Will surely go back soon!

The food was great - the service was incredibly slow - we had to go and ask for drink top ups, go and find someone so we could pay the bill (and by this stage there were only a few tables left).

The music was a bit loud but our waitress kindly moved tables for us. The lobster was a bit over done, but nice enough flavour, if not a little bitter. I wouldn't rush to go again, but it was a nice evening.

I very much enjoyed the restaurant and the service. It’s large so for a Sunday there weren’t sufficient diners to reach capacity however the seating arrangements allowed there to still be a good atmosphere. I wasn’t overly impressed with my meal.

Booked for a business lunch for a relaxed informal meeting. The food is delicious and & the atmosphere makes for a perfect time. Service was friendly and prompt!

Good food, although costly for what it is, I had the Spicy Singapore Roll of Lobster & Prawn. I took customers with me and its good for a relaxed non stuffy atmosphere for lunch in the city

Great service and amazing food! Burger & Lobster is one of our favourite places and this was the first time going to the one near Bank. Really nice venue and atmosphere.

Lobster was delicious, good service, but table made it hard to talk to everyone, as we were put in the end of the restaurant without any other diners, so more a bar seating area.

Great venue, service and food! The waiter was very friendly and attentive, food was perfectly cooked and served quickly. Would definitely return there again, a great venue!

Good food & service although not sure why they changed the menu so much... the original concept was really great. Almost too much choice now.
