Love their lobster! Waiter was great and helped us choose a good wine. I've been several times before, never had any complaints. Great butter sauce with the lobster

The food was great. The service could be a touch more personable. Can't say that it was rude but can't call it friendly either. I asked to change tables (the restaurant wasn't particularly busy yet and we were only a party of 2), and they easily accommodated us but not without making me feel as if I hassled them.

Lovely service, easy to book, food brought to table very quick and fresh,-although restaurant wasn’t busy. Lovely decor, would recommend coming here, perfect for a party or date

Food amazing, service quite slow though. Lobster and burger was good value and cooked to perfection. Cheesecake for pudding definitely filled me up! Definitely worth a visit!

Less than 3 years ago, even maybe 2 years ago, every lobster dish was £20. It is now £27. This is a ridiculous increase, not worth it.

Stopped in for lunch with friends, and enjoyed simply good lobster and sides. We both had the lobster rolls – one regular and one Singapore spicy – both were good, although the spicy one could be a bit more spicy. The lobster was fresh with a firm texture and cooked to perfection, portions generous and brioche bun was toasted and so delicious that I actually finished the bun off as well. (I never finish the buns!) There was also a salad (not a fan generally) and the chips were a good accompaniment to the meal. Also had the panko prawns which had a nice crunch with big prawns and a good siracha mayo sauce to accompany it – there was also another sour based sauce but I was not a fan. This is a standard B&L with consistently good quality food, nice service and a nice atmosphere. The venue is spacious and there were a few booth tables for bigger groups and are far enough apart to not bother other guests to much. I went for lunch so the level of boisterousness was limited – I expect dinners might be a bit louder. I enjoyed my lunch there and will certainly come back when I am in the mood for a lobster lunch in the City.

Friendly staff. Food was really good as usual - I had the Lobster Roll and my guest had the Traditional Burger. Only downside was the time taken to deliver the drinks once ordered.

Food is incredible and also reasonably priced. However the Service was a little slow even though the restaurant was relatively quiet might be an issue if it’s a full house

Nice ambience. Some pressure to order the large lobster which we didn't. Now they're is a discretionary tip of 12.5%, which we were happy to give.

Great service, cool atmosphere and the food far exceeded my expectations. Decent portions and the quality was on point. Would recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Great food, very friendly service and lovely ambience. The only two things that I can flaw is 1) staff were reluctant to move us to a better table (not near the door where we could feel the breeze). And 2) the area was quiet as it was a weekend, however finding parking was a nightmare. I'd say don't drive and demand the table you want.

Food (starters and main) was excellent; service was good. We were given great table. Lovely atmosphere in what is essentially a chain but well run.

The service was excellent and the food arrived in good time. Food was good, after having one whole lobster I wanted another! It’s not as busy as the West end and we didn’t feel rushed.

The burger was taste and good value for money. The lobster was the opposite, average for the price. Service was attentive. Not sure I will return.

Food was fantastic as were the cocktails but service was a little slow, especially given the lunchtime rush was nearly over. Would still return again.

The food was delicious and large portions. The waiter and the service was the best I have ever experienced, and I’ve been to a LOT of places. His attention and personal service was way over the top in all areas!! So was the rest of the team 👏🏻

Quite nice, chips were lovely crispy and salty, the burger I ordered was medium but was far too pink. The roll was too wet with all which was inside so could not eat. I would however, go back again. Nice setting.

Great service. Excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be going again. Oh, the Rhubarb tonic - Bliss. Well worth a try. An enjoyable evening had by 5 ladies.

I really like Burger & Lobster as a restaurant (burgers are amazing and so is the lobster I am told, not a seafood fan). The venue is beautiful, with high ceilings and lots of space. Last but not least the staff is great, very friendly & welcoming.

Very good burger in a lovely old converted bank building. Good service but a little on the pricey side. Good location near Bank to meet my City colleagues.

Good food, however not enough staff to support number of tables, which meant we had to wait for a while for our orders to be taken and bill to be taken

Food great, tables too close together and people placed next to us even though there were plenty of others available. Expensive for what is basically a pub lunch with a little lobster thrown in.

Buzzy atmosphere and modern looking restaurant. Food good and presented nicely. Staff were friendly and the service was good too. Only thing was that the tables set a bit too closely together.

Expensive for what you get. Not great quality. Had better cheaper elsewhere. Service slow. Have to pay extra for sauce which seems a bit ridiculous with prices paid for food

Not tried this branch before. Staff friendly, and very conveniently located for a quick business Lunch. Food great as always, however, prices do seem to be creeping upwards noticeably.
