The food was expected as I have been there few times but if we could get a better seat it will be great. We will go back again.

We had brilliant service. Good selection of champagne. Excellent knowledge of the menu to help us order. The oysters and lobsters were delicious. Great way to celebrate my brothers birthday.

Not worth the money for what you get. The lobster wasn’t the best and the portions were small for the cost. The service provided wasn’t great and could be worked on

We were sat in the private area of Threadneedle branch, a greta experience for my Managers who were meeting together over dinner. It was private, inviting and personable. The service was very good also- thank you ever so much.

Lobster is beautifully done, sweet and tender. My son loved the combo! The service is friendly and personable. All in all a lovely lunch experience and we will be back.

Nice food, lots of lobster in the lobster roll, great chips. Waited a long time for drinks to arrive but starter arrived straight after, and main was prompt. We waited a very long time for the plates to be cleared after our main which was a bit offputting, we weren’t in the mood for coffee and dessert by then. But all in all decent food and a fun concept.

Marvellous! We had great waitress service and the food was spectacular as ever. The wine selection is bang on and the beer was also very enjoyable.

Food was great but the same can't said about service - slow and felt we'd been forgotten about. We had to keep asking staff to attend to us.

We had a one year old with us and as soon as we walked in a baby seat was offered unlike many other City restaurants who do not. The food was excellent as was the service - a very warm welcome on a cold day.

First time trying Burger and Lobster, loved it. The building itself is beautiful and the food was great. Was really happy with the burger/lobster combination.

Great place, great burger! Service was exceptional, ordered medium rare burger, which arrives in 5 minutes. Service charge 12.5% was a bit surprise, but overall decent place.

The burger was nice but not at the cost of £18 .I think the bacon or cheese should be included and not offered then charging an extra £2.

Food is good but £16 for a burger is a bit steep even if it tastes good

The Hot Bearded Waiter provided very good service this afternoon for us. He made us very welcome and was extremely tentative. I would recommend the Combo!

Went to B&L in the Monument/Bank branch. The restaurant layout and atmosphere was nice, service was quick, and food tasted good. Pricey but worth a visit!

Nice restaurant, good atmosphere. Ordered the lobster roll and a burger to which we had half each. Lobster roll was amazing would have that again! The burger not so good. Not worth £20. Service was excellent, would maybe share a lobster and a lobster roll next time instead.

Good food but slightly pricey ends. Burger could slightly improve as lettuce in burger looked old. I hope the standard won't slip as it is sitting at marginal standard for pricey dining category.

Consistently good lobster and chips, menu has expanded but the quality has not suffered. The Leadenhall Street branch have the most helpful and cheer staff.

Great simple evening. Two lobsters :-) Fast and efficient if a little impersonal service. Great food though. Venue was clean and attractive. Would recommend the chain, and this is my favourite B&L in London.

The service was good, staffs where friendly and the atmosphere was superb, better than all the other burger and lobsters i’ve Been. I will definitely be go back with mom and sister.

The service and staff were good but the burgers were very over cooked, even though we had asked for the burger to be medium rare.

Good food really really nice love it alot good service lobster burger oysters cocktails were all very good and service wasnt to shabby atall .

The menu is slightly more complicated then Burger or Lobster, a bit disappointing. Food is good, service is standard and it's quite expensive. But there are not many places you can get lobster in the City.

Extremely pricey, food acceptable but by no means brilliant especially given the price. Service perfunctory for the most part and charged at 12.5% - of course many diners will be put off asking to have an automatic service charge removed. Will be returning to their rival Steak & Lobster instead next time!

The food was lovely and so was the atmosphere! More on the pricey side for a quick work lunch. I will certainly visit again. :)

I was surprised at how big and fancy looking the restaurant was. Beautiful decor and it is in a very nice location. The food was delicious and worth the price! Service impeccable.

Hard to fault. Sometimes the service is a touch slow when busy. But the food is excellent. The fact that you cn have your burger rare indicates the meat is fresh and not from frozen. Very nice once again.

Menu not as good and more expensive than it used to be, also I think the Lobster meat used to be more flavoursome. Otherwise generally good.
